Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit card authorization upon check-in for incidentals, this will place a hold on your funds.     First time staying at Caesars

    This was my first time staying at Caesars and was checked in by Katherine. She was awesome and gave us lots of tips and recommendations on where to go and what to eat! The room in the Palace Tower was really nice and clean as well.

    Was well received by Katherine. She recognized it was almost my birthday. Complemented my fiances new ring. Gave us a bunch of recommendations where to eat. Simply a genuine person. Room is great too!

    Gross. Bathroom was GROSS. Hair, peeling wall paper, used paper coasters, filthy tub, shower gross, customer service did nothing, overall place was pricey, buffet was awful...food not labeled, Muslim husband ate pork unknowingly. Just AWFUL.

    Don’t put your money here if the room is important to you

    Really hard to get customer service. They will nickel and dime you. Paid extra for early check in and then room was not clean. Then they would not refund the early check in fee! Rooms are nothing out of the ordinary for price

    Awesome staff. Great place to stay

    Even though it’s not a new jotel, it’s kept impeccable. I truly loved my stay. Staff is just amazing. Super friendly and respectful. Jacuzzi in the rooms was an extra notch. Easy to learn hotel. Didn’t get lost as in other hotels. Receptionist Gemma was awesome. Thank you guys
