Check-in Policy - A valid credit card is required for incidentals deposit, to be authorized at check-in. Deposit amount will vary based on length of stay and will be released if no charges are made to the room (timing of release varies). Suites may require additional deposits. Great Experience
Had a great time. Seifer helped me out at the front desk with check and was very friendly and helpful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Food was great and the night club was amazing. Want to come back when it is warmer to see the amazing pools working and see the show there.

Taja - The jewel in Caesars’ Crown!
We spent my husband’s birthday and retirement celebration at Caesars last year in February 2024 - we had such a positive experience that we decided to book again. This time, we visited in January 2025 to celebrate my birthday and retirement. Unfortunately, this experience started off very differently and felt I had no option but to speak to a manager. Well, this is where Taja Nunez stepped in - she was nothing short of a hero who came to save the day and our stay! Despite working what would have been a very long night shift, she greeted me with nothing but grace, sincerity, empathy and warmth. I have worked in Customer Service for 40 years but Taja provided the best service I have experienced or witnessed anywhere. She truly is the jewel in Caesars’ crown. I also, wanted to highlight an interaction with Ingrid who was equally as kind, empathetic, professional and did such a great job as an ambassador for Caesars . These two people are the reason I will return to and recommend Caesars. I really hope they are recognised and valued for the roles they played in making our trip from the UK memorable - we will never forget it - nor them.

Magical
We stayed in Octavius Tower, the space was nice, and felt uncluttered, and clean, and spacious, plus a great view of the fountains, thank you Tramy. Clean sheets every day, so nice. Thank you to the lady in housekeeping, and all the staff. We traveled Christmas Day which was great with less crowds at the airports. Vegas was very busy, and it was nice to see the Christmas decorations at Caesar’s, and the atrium at Bellagio next door. They have a new type of room key made of bamboo, what a great idea! I got to meet my host Roberto S which was amazing because he happened to be at the hotel. My partner happened to see Adam M walk by as we were visiting, and called him out. Talk about coincidences, we only knew him by email, and a well done YouTube video on the history of Caesar’s Palace, and meeting him was a surprise, and a pleasure just by being in the moment. Also got to see the beautiful lady Tramy too who gave me a nice Christmas hug. Also Cynthia S at checkin who is so personal, and friendly, and present. What could be better? Next time hope to see Rosana S, Sarai is always nice to see, love her shoes. Had an early dinner at Bobby Flays Brasserie B Parisian Steakhouse on Christmas Day in Caesars, and the filet was excellent. Bobby Flays shakes are the best made with real ingredients in the food court. Pronto by Giada is a restaurant in Caesars which is easy, fast, and causal, and lots of choices. Her Detox soup is so good I would get two, and the lemon cookies, coffee, sandwiches and gelato too were all just as good. Looking forward to visiting again for a birthday celebration in May. Thank you all.

Worst customer service possible
Horrible service. Host explicitly told me they’ll waive charges but then still saw charges on my bill. When calling to get help the representatives are very disrespectful and unhelpful, they put you very long holds and speak rudely. It’s a nice hotel but the poor service and attitude make for a bad experience

Checking in with Seifer was amazing! He was so nice and even upgraded our room to one of the best views! Highly recommend! The hotel itself was clean and one of the better casinos along the strip! Our room was clean and well kept! Would definitely visit again!
