Great time!
We’ve been to Vegas a few times but this was our first stay at Caesar’s. We booked 2 suites in the Colosseum Tower, one with a pool table and one without. We were a party of 8, there to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. We all had a blast. We arrived very late and Seifer greeted us with a smile and lots of information. The rooms were spacious and very clean. My youngest child is underage but there is so much to do so she was well entertained. We will definitely be back.

Not worth the hype! Customer service sucks,
Not worth the hype! Customer service sucks, they refused to refund me after my room had a construction view, not what i Booked or paid for , they refused to rectify the situation, stay at the venitian or bellagio for real 5 star service

Not exactly a 5-star hotel, but great if you can find a deal
Caesars Palace is probably the most venerable resort on the Strip, and overall, it's a great property. I stayed for one night in the Julius Tower and found the room to be well-appointed, clean, and comfy. I certainly wouldn't call it a five-star room, but I got a good deal, so I felt it was worth what I paid. It seems like you pay more for the "Center Strip" location and convenience of having all the fine restaurants, shops, and amenities under one roof, which are all terrific. If that's important for you, the cost might be worth it. However, I wouldn't pay full-price based on the room alone.

Nickle and dimed for an old tired room
Ceasars is not a luxury hotel experience. If you want luxury stay at the Wynn or Bellagio. The rooms are old, tired and lack amenities such as a tablet at the nightstand with which to control lights and drapes. The rooms are dark and beat up. The toilet paper and tissues are like single ply sand paper. We had two glasses when we arrived, we used them and then once the room was serviced, they disappeared never to return. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and as clean as it could be. There is no security for the elevators. We stayed in the Augustus Tower and anyone could get into the elevators and go up to the room floors. We were also nickle and dimed to the 10th degree.....They charged $35 if you want a room that is ready before 3:00 pm, they charge $11.99 per ATM transaction, and the resort fee is nearly $60, which we had to pay even though we were taking advantage of a casino offer for a "comp" room.

Visit to caesers palace
This was our first time staying in Caesar’s palace and we absolutely love love love it. There are so many things to do and see here that it can be overwhelming, but our associate SEIFER was amazing . He provided us with a detailed map of the hotel and gave us some suggestions on what to do and where to go. I will definitely recommend CAESERS PALACE to everyone.
