Great service, great amenities, great time! Weekend trip where we felt welcomed from the time we walked in. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. The pools are very nice and quaint, particularly the adult only pool. Room was superb and very clean. Food was delicious at their various locations within the resort. Beach staff was equally great. 5 star!
Great Stay and Family Vacation
We are just finishing up our stay at the Cadillac Hotel and Beach club and I just have to have how amazing Onika at the front desk is! We are traveling with our 3 adult children, son-in-law, and 2 grandchildren and she has been so helpful in getting us settled, and then on our way after the 4 day stay. I’ve also witnessed her helping other guests with such a warm welcoming smile and attitude. I can’t say enough about how well she does her job and represents the Marriott and Autograph Collection hotels. Thank you to Onika for all her help!
We spent 3 nights in the hotel and everything was perfect from the beginning until the end. The front desk service was exceptional and the whole team are very professional & competent. The concierge service Billy De Los Santos is one of those who consistently goes above and beyond your expectations while treating you with courtesy and professionalism. Thanks, Billy for everything. The bellboys and valet parking are very attentive to offer outstanding service. Our waiter Justin on the beach offer us amazing assistance. Ariel and Moreno in the pool did it excellently too and, our housekeeper did a great job every day. The restaurant team and the rest of the employees look happy to assist you at any time. We hope to come back soon, this is one of the hotels, that we are going to recommend. All the leaders of the hotel are doing a good job with employees and you can see it everywhere on the property.
Bad price-performance ratio Bad service, examples: Complimentary coffee, only upon request Not perfectly clean No refill of shampoo and shower gel No cup in bathroom Worn out towels, both in the rooms and on the beach Stains on towels Small towels not replaced 25$ for beach umbrella on top of 50$ a day resort fee Not enough space in closet for clothes The fridge was beat up No bedding change in 2 weeks Bedding was full of stains Fresh water shower by the pool didn’t work Expensive cocktails by the pool for average quality Pool was not clean, the bottom of the pool was full of sand. Overall it was a average experience and we do not recommend the hotel.

We’re repeat visitors coming to the Cadillac at different times during the year. There’s a different vibe here depending on time of year & number of guests, but it’s always a good time. The food here is OUTSTANDING! Love the pool menu, Donna Mare and Merkato lobby cafe. Don’t skip! Cocktails are good too. You’re on vacation, just enjoy! Beach is also fantastic! You can get bikes or do morning yoga 🧘♀️
