Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

Watch out for the food and drink
The food very poor quality, I got very ill my second day, I was diagnosed with a parasite ! Yuck! I had to seek medical attention and the restaurants seem to need more help. No one wore gloves and many of the workers were touching the food continually.

Best Thanksgiving Getaway
The best food at any resort ever! Beautiful views and perfect weather, day and night. Our room was lovely and in a perfect location on the resort. Every time we asked for assistance, we were greeted with a smile and a quick willingness to help.

Our stay at Breathless Resort was unforgettable! The staff truly made our experience exceptional. Huge thanks to Andrea at checkout, Brian at back pick-up, Mitzel in waitstaff, Thomas with the tequila cart, Mary at the spa, Bryan from Concierge, Eliette from VIP Services, Carlos at check-in, Charlie at the beach bar, and Josias for bringing our bags up. Each of them went above and beyond to make our trip special! The room was beautiful, and the daily drink carts were such a fun surprise. The entertainment team was incredible, keeping us entertained with a variety of daily activities that added so much energy to our stay. Mary at the spa was a highlight—her 50-minute Swedish massage was just what I needed to relax after a week of scuba diving. Bonus: Breathless gives everyone a cute beach tote for your stay—how nice is that? Overall, we loved our time here and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommend! ✨

Disappointing
The pool chairs are all taken by 7 am. Management does nothing about people hogging chairs for 3 hours and not being there Gift shop not owned by resort and is incredibly expensive Pack your own snacks and any medication you think you may need. Especially Imodium. Lots of food poisoning cases

What a wonderful resort! The staff could not have been more friendly!
Beautiful resort. The most friendly staff! The woman manager at Spoon, the morning breakfast buffet was so great. They ran out of eggs and she got some out for me in less than a minute. The Asian restaurant was my favorite and Esther was by far the best server ever! We absolutely loved her. But every single waitstaff at every restaurant made us feel absolutely welcome and I loved seeing their smiles. The pool bar bartenders worked their tails off and always had smiles on their faces. I never once came across a single employee that did not see like they liked their jobs! I wish I could have even tipped them more than I did! The E-Team, especially Omar went out of their way to make sure we were always having fun. Thank you all so much for a wonderful time!!
