    This company SHOULD be out of business like yesterday or new management! This was a nightmare from the day we entered the premises. The young lady we met Ana was very pleasant. She explained the program and sent us to our room 3236 upon arrival, the room was not only hot and muggy, but it was stuffy with a broken refrigerator door, with someone else’s name. We had a double bed when I requested a king-size bed. Went back to request another room, and we were sent to Mosquitoville room 3102 another double bed because someone told them we asked for a double bed, I am married 27 years so I was very surprised, but that room was also muggy and stuffy, and because we were up for 48 hours straight we decided to stay, until about three hours later my sinus and allergies were unbearable and waited for tissue for two hours. Lucky for us, Ana called to check back, and I sounded like a man and she inquired I informed her I couldn’t breathe because the room was so stuffy. She sent Lucy another nice lady who transferred us to room 3270 and finally a king-size bed. This was 5 days and 4 nights vacation and on the first three days, we changed rooms 5 TIMES. If the fact that nothing we were promised was ever delivered. 1. Promised room upgrade: not delivered, after we specifically expressed to Mr. Erik G and Jimenez O that we did not want a swim-out pool because we can’t control who swims past our unit to NOT put in at swim-unit- He promised that he would not do that he would place us in a unit with a private pool, but he did the opposite put us in a swim out pool, plus the room he placed us is smaller than the one we had (#3270 at breathless). 2. Personal butler service: as Mr. Henry A our butler escorted us to our unit, the first thing we noticed was how filthy the fan was with layers of dust, and the several light switches did not work. Mr Abreu assured us that he would inform housekeeping and maintenance to immediately resolve the issues, and then he suggested that we go watch a fire show. He would come and pick us up at 2045 hours to see the show while housekeeping and maintenance resolved the issues. At 2017 hours I sent this email to Mr. A Hello Henry, the ice machine on our floor is unplugged where else can we get ice In 2037 Mr. A responded; “O sorry guys” At 2038 hours Mr. A responded; “Give me a few minutes I’ll get it” At 2108 I reached out to Mr. A and said “No worries, we’re ready to go see the show, can you please pick us up? At 2116 hours I received a call from Mr. A stating that he was on his way and would be there in 3 minutes which he was. We returned to the room at 2311 hours nothing was done the fan was not cleaned the light switches still did not work, at that time I reached out to the front desk and explained to them that my wife suffers from severe allergies and we cannot sleep in this room unless they get rid of all the dust. At 2332 a housekeeper came and cleaned the dust from the fan. Since he cleaned the dust while I was in the room, I wound up in their doctor’s office the next day because again I couldn’t breathe due to dust and mold. THIS WAS ON MY BIRTHDAY we were again asked to move to another room for the 5TH TIME. EACH TIME WE MOVED WAS AT THE HOTEL STAFF OR MANAGEMENT REQUEST FOR THEIR SCREW-UPS NOT US. The fees charged were suggested by the salesperson trying to make a sale and was told to us at the end. At this point, I was in their facility from 12:38 PM for a 90-minute presentation lasting 6 HOURS. This was NOT an upfront statement because we were content with the mediocre room 3270. After all, it was the nicest one given since we came on the premises. I have to say thank you to Alexis the Hyatt manager who approved a better room and gave us a daybed and a private dinner. After all the aggravations I was just going with the flow and tried to be polite because it was easier to be nice and get the hell out of that resort. In all, I spent over $5000.00 to have the worst birthday in 56 years. Please save your money and choose somewhere you will be treated kindly. I am refraining from the discrimination experienced while I was in this location. I learned a long time ago that some people goes around and collect garbage and at the of the day, they need someone to dump it on. I REFUSED to be anyone's garbage collector. It's a reflection of their inferiority don't hate me because am beautiful just appreciate the beauty given to me by the ALMIGHTY GOD. REST IN PEACE UNLIMITED VACATION CLUB, HYATT, ZOETY, DREAM ONYX, AND WHATEVER ELSE YOU CALLED YOURSELF. This was my first time in D. R it will be my last. The world is too vast to relive this HORRIBLE HORRIBLE RESORT. THE BEACH IS VERY UNCLEAN.

    Excellent experience!

    Our family had an excellent vacation! The attentive care from the friendly staff, the excellent food/drinks, and the beautiful well kept beach was impressive! Especially impressed with accommodation of a gluten allergy! We would definitely go back!!

    Don’t Stay- Wait to Exhale

    Not a good experience at all. If you upgrade to the exhale package for $75/person per night, you will get slightly better treatment. But not much better. Poor hospitality. Food is not good and very limited menu items. Food and service is tremendously better next door at Dreams. Pool area is a vibe at night. But music goes on beyond midnight. So if you want to rest, don’t get a pool side room. Steakhouse is restricted to you unless you upgrade to Xhale plan. Butler service that’s included in Xhale plan can become non responsive after first day. Too expensive for the level of service you receive. I don’t recommend.

    Peace, Beauty, and Party all at one resort!

    There is no resort in Punta Cana like Breathless. The beach is perfect, the party and peaceful tranquility is always available! It is hard to find a resort with all of the ingredients (great food, pools, location, beach quality, etc.), but Breathless has it all in one place.

    We had a great time!

    We visited as a part of a destination surprise birthday party and had a blast!! Our host Abraham was AMAZING!! He took care of our whole group and went above and beyond. The food was good for the most part. The only bad thing I could say is that they were doing some renovations in the hallways of where our room was and they were making a lot of noise running cables and whatsuch early in the morning.
