Worth the visit
Best room and hotel for the money. You will never have a Jr. suite like this in your life. The property is clean and smells good and great location. I was impressed on many levels, the vibe was crazy. You gotta go!
Beautiful resort - would stay again
My husband and I stayed for 7 days and loved every minute. The room was clean, big, beautiful view which they upgraded us for free so we could be close to the other couple we went with and the rainfall shower was 10/10. There was something to do every day in the lower pool which is a more relaxed vibe. The playmakers especially Daniel and axel really made our stay such an experience. The rooftop pool is the party pool and also lots of fun but they only really do big party days on Fri and Sat so we feel we wished they had a bit more party vibes up there every day. The food at Fishnets and Silk city were the best! The beef filet was melt in your mouth and the spring rolls at silk city were to die for. We really appreciated how on top of allergies all restaurants were. My husband is allergic to shell fish and he didn’t have any cross contamination the whole week. The French restaurant took 2.5 hours to eat at. You need pants to dine there and my husband didn’t bring any so we specifically bought pants for there and it was a waste of money. The food was mediocre and the service was terrible. While there we had Roberto in the breakfast buffet and Leonardo in the poolside serving us and they both made such a difference in our stay. We wish they had a bit more variety in food options (especially if you are dairy intolerant as there was slim pickings at all restaurants so BRING YOUR LACTAID PILLS). Overall we definitely recommend this resort and will be back for sure.
Great location from Airport, shopping, restaurants, & walking distance to ferry for visit to Isla Mujeres. Staff was friendly, our room was awesome, drinks were good, food good, spa was great, small gym, but suited us fine. Wish we had more time to enjoy this beautiful resort!
Spent 10 days at this disco club. Not what I would consider a resort, more of a hotel with some amenities. The techno pop music blared from 11 am until 11 pm every single day. There was just no escaping it unless you left the hotel premises. The food was mediocre for a hotel with 4+ rating. It was challenging to get a place on the beach, and forget the pool, people had their spots reserved at 7:30 am. It just didn't seem like there was enough space for everyone unless as was suggested to me people held spots on the beach and by the pool simultaneously. The rooms were nice but again were just hotel rooms, we were supposed to have a beach view but the angle of our room didn't allow for much of one. We considered the upgrade to the club but were told that for the $250 US a day it really wasn't worth it! Glad we opted out!
