    Great Honeymoon experience!

    Amazing experience and worth every penny. If you can afford it, the XHale package is worth every penny. They just treat you better, but get ready to be bombarded with presentation requests. Just say no thank you and enjoy your stay! The room was incredible, the food was incredible! the resort itself is outstanding! being an adult all inclusive, it was everything we hoped for.

    Awesome

    Everything was amazing! A little more entertainment at night time was needed but other than that it was perfect. Room was amazing! Staff amazing ! Food was so good! Restaurants and property clean. The beach was small was nice but sooo nice and clear.

    Last year's trip was extraordinary and this year's trip was a real let down.

    It is very clean and the food is decent at the restaurants. Breakfast at Silk and Spoon were very good. Lunch at Spoon was also very good. The Nook had fantastic coffee, expresso, snacks and cookies. The female concierge October 1st evening was very rude and the people working the desk at the Xhale club, when they finally opened it, weren't friendly. The television in the room we were forced to move to and given less then 3 hours notice had a noisy ceiling fan and a crooked television on the wall.

    Birthday vacation

    Beautiful resort. Customer service was amazing. Room service was great. More on the technology side. Bartenders were amazing. Very relax and chill. Not too much of a party vibe though. Entertainment could've been more upbeat, current hip hop genres and or Spanish genres.

    Maybe my expectations were too high!

    Paid for lagoon view but didn’t get so we were unable to dine on our balcony like we usually do. Asked what we we’re celebrating yet our Anniversary was never acknowledged. I don’t think we will stay here again. Too many other options to choose from. Food was good, food options good. Only 1 choice of wine (house cab) would’ve gladly paid for nicer glass (not a whole bottle). Beach is shared with a public beach. Overall I would give 5 out of 10.
