This was my first trip to Mexico and first all inclusive and I've got to say it was an amazing trip! Coming from Michigan we went with another couple for our wedding anniversaries for 5 days. When we arrived they grabbed our bags and brought them in. We were offered drinks right away and we're able to use all the resort amenities until our rooms were ready. The spoon buffet had so many food options and everything I had was sooo good. We ate breakfast and lunch there like every day. We tried all of the different restaurants for dinner besides the Asian restaurant. All of my food was great. No complaints. I'm vegan and they all were able to accommodate me no problem. I can't say enough about the staff at the resort. From the transportation to the bartenders, hostess, servers, front desk staff, and the entertainers. Very friendly and so much fun. Especially David the entertainer. He remembered all of our names and was so much fun and hilarious. We will never forget him! He played pool volleyball with us and convinced us to do the pool challenge of the day. The entertainers really kept the party going. We basically stayed in the energy pool most of the day where all the of the events were happening. We did check out the roof top party pool which had really good music and swim up bar. Didn't go to the top roof top pool because that was vip and we didn't purchase that. The outside dj at night played different music each night. My favorite was the house music 🙌🙌. They had Mayan dancers and these electronic dancers which was really cool to see. We went to the club after that almost every night too. Great music and great vibes. We met so many people and became friends with them. We will never forget Joe "dexter" at the lobby bar. He always put on a show for us and joked around with us. Just an awesome experience all together and I highly recommend.

Super friendly and helpful staff!
Our room was just ok as it was in the tower and even though it had an ocean view there was a lot of road noise from the traffic on the back side of the resort. I think the only rooms that would be quiet are ocean front as the other side of the building faces the pool that plays loud music. Every staff person was super friendly and helpful! The staff that really stood out for us were: Joe in the Wink bar (who made super drinks and was also entertaining); Entertainment team all were excellent ... David, Charlie, Andrea, Tony, Daniel, can't remember the other young lady's name. Waiter/bar staff Jesus! Waiter Angle was super! The beach is public but the families were very respectful and there were only one or two people selling stuff once in a while. Plenty of umbrellas at the pool and beach! Food was better than average but not great. The breakfast buffet was always amazing with many, many choices. Every one of the staff members we encountered were super friendly and helpful! Would return mostly because of the staff being amazing! Room was cleaned twice a day and always perfect!

I visited this location during the long weekend! Immediately upon arrival we were greeted with drinks! Yet they wanted to give us a presentation,but I passed because our time was limited and I’m not married to any one location or hotel chain. I loved the room and the iPad that allows everything from dimming the lights to ordering room service. I noticed everything was an up sale! First it was the hibachi! It’s $65 per person if you wanted the hibachi experience. We went during the fiesta and ordered off the menu. It was a small bowl of rice but very nice views! Then on Saturday they had a fiesta night at the pool. Little did we know that was also an up charge for the bottle service. We couldn’t just have a seat like we had to pay so sit at some of the tables. That was crazy to me as I have visited other resorts where a party at the pool was just that! We didn’t have to pay to be seated. My husband doesn’t drink! That was a disappointment to say the least. We went to the beach and I quickly noticed they were stopping some people and not others asking for room numbers to access. We sat at the beach at like 9AM and once again, the attendant told us that the chairs we sat in required bottle service. It wasn’t anything special just in the second row! The food was blah for sure. Nothing special and drinks were watered down. I asked for Jose Cuevo and I saw the bartender still add another liquor in the mix. The pool upstairs seemed to be jumping on Friday but quiet on Saturday. The pool downstairs kept entertainment. I never found a bartender that I clicked with like at other resorts. Some of the bartenders just seemed to have an attitude. The noise and music at night was loud!!!! so be aware and it’s primarily all techno so if that is your vibe you’ll be fine. I don’t see this as being a party hotel but we did come in October so that may be part of the reason.

First Cancun trip
Incredible. Beautiful. Good food. Amazing staff. All around wonderful resort. Tony, Uncle Charlie, Alex, and David were literally the best entertainment staff! Tony and Charlie absolutely made my friend and I feel so welcome. They made our stay so memorable.

So disappointed
So disappointed with the check-in process at Xhale club, they need to have a better process with check-in when a client is early arrival to resort.They stated that my room wasn't ready, however, guest who arrived hours after me, received their guest key to their room, while I had to still wait to get into my room, even after I complain about other guest receiving their key.
