Quiet hotel away from Downtown
Picked this hotel as it was out of downtown Nashville but within a reasonable safe walk of restaurants and bars. The room was of a good size and the breakfast plentiful. Even though we had a room at the font of the hotel facing the main road there was little noise. Plenty of Lyft options if you don’t fancy the walk back.

very clean hotel
great location away from the congestion and traffic but just a few blocks from music row ,easy parking at half the price other motels were charging ,entire motel was very very clean and above average breakfast with made to order omlets.

staff poor. go elsewhere
facility is a nice location and room was clean. staff were terrible--job's worth! gave the wrong time for weekend breakfast, then refused to serve or give a to go option. We only stayed for the early breakfast and couldn't delay getting on the road later. When I asked to speak to the manager, i was told by Nirav that Latha was on call but would never answer her phone(!) seriously, they spent longer telling me no, then it would be to give us a banana and let us leave. very rude.

Would stay again, but perhaps take earplugs for air conditioning 😂
Well placed, clean and good breakfast. All staff were professional and helpful. Rooms of good size, toiletries provided. Coffee available in room and a fridge. My only annoyance and what lost it a star was the noisy air conditioning in the room.

At least the lobby is clean
Between the cheap flat pillows, 4 inch memory foam topper on a box is there version of a mattress, paper thin walls, and extremely loud ice machine this has to be the absolute worst best western I’ve ever stayed at and definitely not worth the price. I’ve had value motel stays that were more comfortable and quiet. Tiny rooms feel like everything is shoehorned in without much room to walk. The $15 a day automatic charge for parking when you take Uber and don’t park is also upsetting.
