Do not DO NOT stay here
We barely slept a wink as sounds from the hallway kept us up all night. There was blood stains on the carpet, hairs in the sheets and on the pillows, and WHITE STAINS on the bed skirt. Absolutely disgusting. Will never, ever stay at another Wyndham property.
Pick another airport hotel!
When I arrived for check in, there was no agent at the desk. After about five minutes, she finally came out from down the hall. I asked her where to park for long term and she said around the back by the pool. I asked if there was an entrance door in the back and she said oh yes. After I parked, I walked in the snowstorm to the door nearest the pool. The electronic unit next to the door was ripped off, so I could not use my room card to get in. I walked through the snow (dragging my bag) to the next closest door, same exact thing. When I finally walked around to the front, the agent was, once again, missing, and after several minutes I gave up. I think she was hiding in the back because she knew the doors did not work. The room was adequate, the bathroom sink area was not big enough for two people though. The pillows were like sleeping on cement blocks, that, and the people above me stomping around for three hours (until around midnight) prevented me from sleeping and I had to catch an early shuttle. I stay near the airport frequently when I travel, and the Baymont Inn DIA is definitely off my list.
NO shuttle from airport
My stay was fine for the price. But the website advertised 24/7 airport shuttle. After 30 minutes waiting at the airport, I learned that there was no shuttle. They offer 2 times for morning rides TO the airport. That's it. Oh . . . there was no shampoo in the room.
So …. You’re Staying Here Because?
First and most important, if you’ve booked with Expedia, the address to this hotel, is probably wrong. If you’re driving or using a ride share service, check, check, and recheck, with Google Maps or another directional service for correct information. And, yes! The hotel knows that the address given to Expedia is wrong. The incorrect address is a residential property, two miles away. If arriving, after dark, do not look for signage that identifies the hotel. The name is not visible, at night, because all the bulbs are burnt out. Also, be aware that you are arriving at the back side of the hotel. Do not be confused about the small indoor pool area, with no visible entry. Keep driving around to the front. Honestly, I can’t even remember what my room was like. I missed the breakfast, so I can’t help you with that either. The hot water provided in the lobby was lukewarm. I tossed my tea. At this point, was this hotel even near the airport? My stay there is all a blur.
Bathroom not clean
The bathroom was not clean. You could see hair on the floor in the corners. Disgusting! I will say the bed was comfortable and we all slept pretty well. The food was decent in the morning and there were good coffee amenities.
