    Barcelo Aruba

    I have many things to say about this hotel but in short this hotel is very old and in great need of a full remodel. For the money it costs to stay here you are better off just staying at the Hyatt next door and purchasing your own food and drinks. I checked my reservation numerous times. Upon arrival I was given a room that was very poor and not what I booked. I was very disappointed with my over all experience here. The only positive is the staff and the location of the hotel.

    Vacation stay

    A vacation back to Aruba because we loved our first stay at the Holiday Inn. But unfortunately this stay at the Barcelo just may be our last. We will probably stay at another resort because of the buffet food being sub par.

    First club

    Daniel at the first club is the absolute best!! 10/10 would recommend!! Hotel staff was great, restaurants had fantastic food and even better service. We will come back year after year. Barcelo is the best all inclusive resort and spa in Aruba!

    Thank you Veronica and Liza!!

    Will update as the trip goes on but so far 5 stars!! We arrived to the hotel a bit early and we were completely ready to store our bags and wait hours for our room. Pleasantly when we arrived Jean took our bags and sent us to Royale to check in. Arriving Veronica and Liza graciously greeted us with warm welcomes, champagne and cool towelettes. This being our 3 rd stay we truly feel like we are being welcomed home!!
