Room Needs maintenance/ repair /everything looks to use👎🏼 The worst Resort that has gone from Bahia Principe definitely not luxury I will not go back the beach is not very clean at all. The pool needs service touch up cracks need attention. Service is not good

We have visited this hotel many times we are here now but are really disappointed with the beach. I am aware this area suffers from sargassum seaweed but this time it is out of control. Why is the hotel not putting barriers in like others to stop the seaweed coming into shore. They have taken away an enormous amount of sand in order that the seaweed doesn't come in any further. There is hardly anyone sitting on the beach loungers. The smell is awful. People swimming in it are crazy it is a health hazard will not be returning to this hotel. We just want to go home now completely ruined our holiday.

Stayed in May 2015 for our honeymoon. What a holiday! Unforgettable. When we arrived they had put all balloons and banners up around our room, which were changed to birthday ones a week later for my 30th birthday. Champagne in the room and on arrival. Staff so friendly and attentive. Couldn’t find any faults. Entertainment was great and the staff so lively and engaging. Atmosphere around the pool was fab. Had an upset stomach and went to the doctor to get some tablets, the hotel then rang the room for several days afterwards to check we were ok. Had room service a couple of nights, which was prompt and tasty. Good choice of food and restaurants. Luxury it certainly was! Amazing!

Average hotel
The hotel is good the food was ok, the bed was not great it was very hard they need to spend money on those, entertainment was so so, I think more activity in the hotel would increase. The good thing is the room was spacious enough some workers are very eager to help others don’t even care, so I guess you just have to get lucky. The treatment depends how you look, overall would I ever go back maybe but this experience was average it should have been higher since is a five star hotel.

FANTASTC HOLIDAY
Well what can I say!! What a Fab holiday. I can not fault anything with this hotel. We are still here now and enjoying everyday. Entertainment team do so much to keep us going through the day. They have been amazing. 4th July celebrations were brilliant. Foam party, games, bands playing, motorbikes coming into pool area. What a day!! It was also my hubbys birthday and the team included him and got the people round the pool to sing and they included him throughout the day. He said best day ever!! I want to say a huge thankyou to entertainment team, restaraunt staff (food was amazing) bar staff, waitresses around pool (who brought us many drinks) our cleaner, who kept the room amazing and I’m sorry if I’ve forgotten anyone, as lots of people but a huge thankyou to you all at the hotel. Rooms are lovely, gardens are lovely, the whole hotel is beautiful. We will definately be back. Here’s to our next week of sun, fun and being with a great team at the hotel. ❤️ *** seaweed (not the hotels fault) There was lots so you couldn’t get in sea. (It’s all over the coast of Caribbean and Worst than they have ever seen. Big mounds of it ) The men trying to move it all, with tractors , were fighting a losing battle and we felt sorry for those guys. But it is now disappearing and yesterday we managed to get in the sea. Even better***
