Great Staff
Great staff and service. Very large rooms: 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, kitchen, dining area, and even an in-room washer/dryer. Nice hot tub and pool. Dennis, the manager was exceptional! The staff was professional and made every attempt to make the stay enjoyable.

Amazing staff, location of the resorts and units.
Our check in process was smooth. We came at an uncertain time right after the Lahaina wildfires as we weren’t able to cancel our stay and the Wailea area was not affected. The staff was welcoming and told us to come to support their business. Some other tourists that were checking in were extremely rude and the staff handled it with such grace! We had a 1BR 2B unit and it was a very large size. Traditional Hawaiian interior with granite countertops. Everything was supplied for the kitchen and there was a large fridge and freezer. The only downside was that there was bugs which we did tell the front desk about which was not a big deal to us as bugs are common in Hawaii but I know it might not be ok for someone else . They offered a solution to treat the unit but we didn’t want any that done while we’re staying there as we had small kids. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. They provided soap. Laundry/dryer was also in the unit. They do not provide bath amenities like shampoo and conditioner for timeshare units which was a little inconvenient as if I knew ahead of time I would have packed it. Most timeshares we stay at, provide that even at private house/condo rentals. Other than that it was great. Resort is always maintained and clean. They had live music and drinks/snacks at the pool on one of the evenings and the pool area is gorgeous. We had a great week and enjoyed the most of what we could at that time for our first time in Maui. Hotel had displaced residents from Lahaina as well and was collecting supplies and food for donations. Christy and Rosa were very informational and sweet!

Extremely spacious; great property;
Staff was very friendly; accommodations were amazing. Loved the spacious patio; everything was very clean. Living area was super large. 2 bathrooms in a 1 bedroom unit was a surprise. Location was super. Quick access to what we needed.

Kihei, Maui
Great place. Directly abeam Molikini Crater. Easy access to public beaches and local attractions. Many luaus available; but you’ll need to make reservations a few days in advance. Snorkeling at Molokini, bicycling down Haleakala crater and turtles on the beach at Ho’okipa.

Not Great for the Price
We paid $3800 for a week, but the condition of the property was not to our value standard. Some renovation were done but not all. AC was very loud, and ceiling squeaks when upstairs tenant walked around or moved furniture. The dryer squill with high pitch metal noise when operating. The unit is about 40 years old, so don't expect a new facility smell. You get use to it (don't smell it much) after the first day. Staff are super nice. The beds were comfortable, but I woke up in the middle of the night due to ceiling squeaks, and AC not keeping the right temperature and running loud.
