A great experience at the Marriott Stellaris in Puerto Rico
The trip ftom beginning to end was amazing ! The Bonvoy desk, front desk staff could not have been kinder! Maria in the lobby bar, made the best margaritas! My motivation in writing this review is based on the staff on the beach. The men and ladies who served on the beach- awesome !!! Juliel Polanco, great drink suggestions and service with a smile ! He kept a group of 11 very happy all week! And the last on our list is the crew that set all 11 of us up every day! MUCHOS GRACIAS to: Kenneth, Julio, Nomar, Ivan,Joselo, Victor and Joniel- Lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas , towels - service with a smile- they’re a great team and kind to the guests! They made our stay easy ! If you are planning a trip to Puerto Rico… the Marriott Stellaris is a great choice. And the restaurant poolside has very accommodating staff and bartenders too!

First time to Aruba, Very Impressed!
I spent three nights at the Marriott Aruba Stellaris and had a great time. This was my first time redeeming Marriott points, and I was treated very well. I paid $60 per night on top of the point redemption, for a partial ocean-view room, and it was well worth the price. I came to Aruba in the middle of March, peak Spring Break. Despite arriving at 1:00pm, I had to wait until 4:00pm for the room to be available. Not surprising, as the hotel was super busy. This would be my only complaint. In the hotel's defense, I moved over to the Hilton afterwards, and also had to wait until 4:00pm. My room was very spacious, with a huge closet, good-sized bathroom, and balcony with an amazing view of the Caribbean Sea. The main pool was terrific, with a swim-up bar and plenty of music. My first full day at the hotel was Aruba's Flag Day, so a band came through and an impromptu dance party took place. It was a lot of fun. My room overlooked the Adult-Only pool, which was obviously much quieter. Getting a free Palapa on the beach was difficult. so I paid $30 for one, and it worked out well. I had dinner one night at the Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. While quite expensive, the food quality and service was good. Breakfast at La Vista was very nice as well. As a Bonvoy Silver Member, I appreciated that all Marriott Elite members received a 10% discount on food and beverage. The Fitness Center had two stories, and very well-equipped with machines. The Marriott is on a quieter section of Palm Beach, surrounded by two of their Time-Share properties and the Ritz Carlton. You have to walk about a mile down the beach to the main strip of restaurant and shops, but it wasn't a bad walk at all. Just a tip: walk on the beach pathway, as there's no sidewalk by the main road. I had a great time, and would definitely return!

Another fabulous stay at my favorite Hotel
We just came back from our 11th stay at this fabulous property. It is our Home away from Home. We obviously love it here which is why we keep coming back. Once we get out of the taxi and are escorted to the private check in at the Tradewinds Lounge, the fun begins. We are greeted by the excellent Tradewinds staff which includes Margaret, Jackie and Josephine. We hug and catch up. These ladies have worked here for a long time which is a testament to the Marriott. Loyalty is important. Verna Dijkoff came to welcome us. Verna is such an asset to this Hotel. Not just in the Tradewinds. Verna helps assure that all guests needs are met. The Tradewinds Section of the beach which is Adults Only was manned by Enrique and Paul. Sylvia was on vacation but we did get to see her our last day . They are very hardworking . The food and drink offerings in the Tradewinds are very good. The Marriott is a lovely property throughout . The beach is gorgeous with beautiful white sand. We typically rent a Cabana at the Adult Pool for 2 of our 10 days here. We enjoy the entertainment in the Lobby-especially Amy Soriano. The Casino is lively and we did pretty well. We get a Players Card and insert it in the Slot Machines and earn points which convert into dollars off the bill at checkout. We are already dreaming of next year’s trip. Kudos and Masha Danki

Too Expensive to consider this property and no good service.
The hotel needs professionally trained staff. Too expensive for everything inside the hotel, such as coffee, breakfast, or anything you buy at the coffee shop. Breakfast is a joke for the value you pay and what you get. No amenities in the hotel. The staff has a do not care attitude. If you are a status member of the hotel chain this is the only property do not upgrade.

First time to Aruba ☀️
We had been at the Stellaris from February 1-10 and we had a wonderful stay. The staff out at the pool and the beach were wonderful. Mergy was AMAZING day after day. She made us feel so welcome, and remembered our names every. Single. Day! Not a day went by (except on her days off) that we didn’t go out of our way to see her, and vice-versa. She works so hard, and always has that inviting smile and infectious laugh! We will be back in February 24’ for 3 weeks and can’t wait to see the staff again. Especially Mergy.
