Firas concierge was teriffic. We stayed at 1/2,floor was in lower level. Would have liked to stay in a upper floor.Hotel staff was very courteous. Breakfast was good.

Great stay in London
Great hotel. The rooms were small but very functional, and they served their purpose well. The team was excellent—Chef Emil and Asulanjana were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The service at breakfast, as well as from the concierge, housekeeping and front desk staff, was also outstanding.

We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea. The sandwiches, scones, and sweet cakes were absolutely delicious. The tea recommended by our waiter was superb :)

Botanica at 100 Queen’s Gate Hotel
Lovely experience and ambience especially since it was our mum’s birthday and great service by Tanishq! He really made the day even singing happy birthday! 😅

Amazing hotel and staff!
I recently had a few nights stay at 100 Queen's Gate Hotel with a friend. The hotel was lovely and stunning, and we adored spending our time here. Though this review is primarily to give big thanks and praise towards Elga and Firas who helped us with any troubles or questions we had. Both were incredible with their assistance and made such a meaningful impression with their kindness and support. While we would return back to stay here again for the scenery and charm, the staff elevated the experience. Thank you again for your time and grace (and help with our torn luggage)!
