The restaurant is named after the tasty local mullet fish immortalized in popular Hawaiian songs. Our signature dining restaurant celebrates not only the fish, but also the fishing settlements along the leeward coast dating back to the 12th century.
Makahiki–The Bounty of the Islands
Discover a buffet of fresh, flavorful foods including tastes from around the world served in a festive open-air dining room. Makahiki is named for the annual Hawaiian harvest festival held in O'ahu to celebrate the season of bounty and peace.
Mama's Snack Stop
New in June 2012, Mama's Snack Stop serves up poolside snacks like mouthwatering hot dogs, chicken tenders and more. Enjoy your choice of bread, sauce and meat—including all-beef hot dogs, local red dogs, Portuguese sausage dogs and Buffalo-ranch fried chicken
tender dogs. Located next to Papalua Shave Ice in the Waikolohe Valley, this is a convenient place to enjoy a quick bite to eat.

An open-air, beachside lounge that resembles a fisherman's seaside shack and serves a variety of favorite drinks and Hawaiian-inspired appetizers. The drink menu features a variety of vacation favorites. Watch the surf crash into the shore as you sip a
