Avoid this place !!!! Its terrrrrrible and dirty
I stayed at this hotel in August for a week. I would move out after first moments but it was Top high season in Cph not easy to book a room for 7 nights Its not just ugly you feel dirty once you enter the corridors. Everything smells of old carpet. Bathrooms are disgusting. As a Titanium member of Bonvoy you are obliged to eat breakfast at the executive lounge where there is basicalyy no food. Its like 3 star service in forgotten all inclusive hotel Avoid this place untill they do total renovation. Service is tired , unhappy . Bed sheets are so used they look like someone vomited in bed. I travel all around the world havent experienced something sooo awfuul. Just take a look at the corridors, bathroom and my „fresh” bed sheets. Shame on You. As an elite member of Bonvoy i usually get the travel survey, i guess the Management knows they are so bad , they removed me from their survey list Usuallg I dont have time to write reviews but watch out this place and better choose another hotel …. And on the Top it was around 400 Euros/night - Never Again

Avoid until renovations complete
We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is currently undergoing renovations of its lobby/bar area and an apparent downgrading of its food and bar services. Rooms are beginning to show their age and should be renewed and brought up to modern standards. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an attractive location but is at least half a mile walk from any real attractions or restaurants. The restaurant now has a very limited menu and unless you want to sit at the outside terrace the location for drinks is not appealing.

Great hotel, would stay again, recommend.
Great hotel , next to the Harbour, on the edge of the city, great views, nice restaurant with great breakfast, ice available on each floor , easy walk to city and train station ( so we got a train to Malmo ) Recommend. Staff are excellent and very helpful.

Better Options in Copenhagen
Our family of three booked the Marriott for two nights prior to our departure to the Faroe's and then for one night a week later, prior to our departure home. Upon arrival for our two day stay, our room was not ready. We were told that it would be ready at check in time so we made our way to the bar area outside and enjoyed the views for an hour +. At 4pm, we approached the desk to learn that our room was still not ready. We were given vouchers for drinks, which was a little insulting as we'd had a long flight and were ready to rest. Our room was nothing exciting, but met expectation. The evening before check out, I called to ask if some breakfast items could be packed for us "to go" as I read online that the offerings at the airport were nonexistent for flights departing as early as ours was. I was assured that these would be waiting for us. Upon check out early the next morning, no food was left for us and the lady checking us out was very rude about it. Fortunately, a gentlemen came forward to help and was able to arrange a great assortment of fruit and snacks for us. We appreciated that so much! It turned out that there were plenty of open cafes at the airport and I had worried for nothing. However, had the staff called us back the evening before and let us know that there were actually no to-go breakfasts available, we could've gone out and gotten something and avoided the hassle and upset at check out. Ultimately, we were so disappointed by all of the above that we cancelled that final nights stay and booked elsewhere.
