Amazing hotel
This hotel was stunning from beginning to end. It was worth every penny. Food was outstanding. Lots of a-la-carte restaurants to choose from too although I'd did actually prefer the main buffet area. The was plenty of choice and always fresh and warm. The drinks were amazing frozen cocktails all day. The only downside was the beer. It was far to gassy for me but some people may like it that way. The pools were unbelievable and very large. Swim up bars dotted around everywhere also. The animation team were exceptional there was Alekos, Daniel and Remi who were amazing at there jobs there were others too but I couldnt remember there names. The entertainment was brilliant if a night time too. I also won Mr Iberostar which was a great laugh and my family loved the show. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Beautiful scenery and great layout!
We loved this resort for its beautiful tropical scenery. The pathways leading from the lobby through the separate buildings and along and around the sprawling pool and to the fantastic beach is perfect! I love that there are interesting sights to see on your walk from the rooms to the restaurants and to the beach. The lobby and buffet seating is open air which is quite enjoyable. The rooms were nice and comfortable and everything worked fine. Food was very good and there were plenty of choices. Our daughter has a food allergy and they were attentive to her needs and made her feel at ease. Overall an amazing stay!!

Paraiso beach " fantastic"
We stayed at paraiso beach from 24-8 until 06-9-23. What a fantastic resort/place to stay. Direct at the sea(depending on your building your staying) and a big pool. Hotel room was large and cleaned every day. Restaurant food and staff are amazing! A la carte is plenty available also a great gym. In general for us 10 out of 10..

Mosquito infestation
Mosquitoes Mosquitoes Mosquitoes everywhere I dont know what is going on here. The hotel is great and all but i would simply went else where if i had knows that there was so much mosquitoes all over the place. The room are infested with mosquitoes and its worst when you try to go out for a walk or if you go out to eat at there restaurant. There is no break , therefore the experience is not enjoyable. Even if you dont put cologne and apply repellent they still come and bite you. Never seen something like this in a resort.
