Very Nice, but for the price, I expected more
This is a very nice hotel and they do offer decent amenities. The full size toiletries were a pleasant surprise. However, my shower was extremely slow in draining and the mini complementary water bottles was a waste. Self parking is a bit of a walk under 100+ degree weather or someone with a disability - no offer to drive you to the parking garage or a shuttle. If you get valet, it sit under the hot sun rather than under a roof for provide some relief from the hot sun. Room was clean, bed and pillows were fine, pools were plentiful and clean, towels and water in the self servicing containers were always stocked. I'm not sure I would stay again. For the price, I could go to their competitor J.W. Marriott and have the same amenities and more for less of a price. Bottom line, for its stature of the brand, I expected more.

Biltmore History tour
We are local and heard about the Biltmore History Tour. It was very enjoyable, our historian Ashley was great. We learned about the interesting history of the Biltmore and were able to tour many of the great original meeting areas

Guided History Tour is a must.
We visited the Arizona Biltmore on a Sunday afternoon for the History Tour. Ashley was our guide. He easily related great Biltmore stories of its design, financing, and construction and its pivotal role in establishing Phoenix as a premier resort location. We saw how the hotel has changed, both to evolve as times changed and to continually maintain its atmosphere of elegance and grace. We can hope to have a chance to visit again and to stay to enjoy the amenities that the Arizona Biltmore presents to all of its guests.

Timeless Classic!
The Biltmore is a timeless classic and with the new design improvements you feel you are in modern day. The architecture stays true to its original design while the new additions honor that classic style. The rooms are fresh, clean, relaxing relaxing. Try a stay in a cottage!

Hotel is great but skip the restaurant.
Hotel is very nice, but skip the restaurant. Wait staff very well trained and extremely nice, however, the prices on the wine list are totally absurd. Bottles start well above $70 and go all the way to thousands of dollars. Really?? I am sorry but it is still just fermented grapes. Food prices also very high, and I took the only vegetarian option, a tamale, corn paste and beans with a few jalapeños, $32.00 We stayed here in 2019 and the restaurant was still on planet earth, nothing astronomical, so now they have updated it. I will come back to the hotel, but never eat here again. So, that gives us a better chance to try new restaurants in Phoenix.
