Pleasantly Surprised
Stayed here after MGM got compromised. I'm glad we made the switch. Line was short to get checked in. Staff was very helpful at check in. Room was spacious and clean. I loved the mirror in the bathroom. Whole hotel was clean. Didn't hear the ppl above below or next to us. I felt completely safe here. Rooms were cleaned and stocked daily. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10 would highly recommend. The only thing I didn't like was your key only worked for your floor. I wished my friends didn't have to come get us from another floor to visit them. But most hotels are like this in vegas

Poor for a Conrad
I hate writing this. I am a huge Conrad fan.. this property is nice but it doesn’t meet Conrad standards. I stay here regularly on business; the rooms are hit and miss with cleanliness. Not acceptable for Conrad. Worst of all, the customer service is horrible. I have had multiple poor interactions with front desk. I was given a room that had already someone in it. Front desk had to validate I was correct, by going upstairs to check.

The most horrible customer service ever
Horrible Experience our flight got delayed and we were late to check in by six hours. They canceled the whole entire reservation and without any solutions staff was rude and disrespectful. Do not recommend staying in that place avoid at all cost. I believe Circus Circus has better customer service then them

Astonishingly Terrible Service!
A rotten experience at a hotel that I had expected to be great! The Conrad is a modestly upscale hotel, although still only about average for a resort on the Vegas strip. Long lines at the reception desk, even for Hilton Honors customers. Electronic key worked in the elevator but then didn’t work to open the door to my room. Vending machines on my floor were out of order for my entire stay and there was no room service. Worst of all, they have an automated “service” line. You can not call a live person from your room without first going through the automated system. You are then put on hold, in my case, for up to 20 minutes until someone finally picks up. They also promise to save you wait time by calling you back-but then NEVER do so-in lauding the time when I asked to speak to a manager! I am seriously allergic to feathers but it took 5 phone calls over a 7-hour period to have the feather pillows in my room replaced! After my 3rd call housekeeping came up and replaced all the feather pillows with MORE feather pillows!! One of the worst examples of customer service that I’ve experienced in 40+ years of frequent travel. I’m loyal to Hilton, but I will absolutely avoid this Resorts World complex in the future.

Great Stay
I was a little worried after reading a lot of mixed reviews. I found the hotel to be very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious with I had a great view of the strip and surrounding area. The only negative was the cigarette smoke in the casino being overwhelming and more noticeable than other strip properties. Enjoyed the Tiki Bar and Donut shop as well. Overall a very good hotel.
