    Beautiful, well maintained, and relaxing

    The hotel still looks brand new, the rooms are well appointed and have bigger TVs than any other room I've seen in Vegas outside media suites. Nice bathroom with a quality shower and the Mojave Ghost bath products are a nice little touch that put this above what you get elsewhere. Quick elevators, great restaurant selection, and a beautiful casino and pool area. Suites include espresso makers, but it would be nice if basic rooms included Keurigs like some other Strip hotels do. Including a fridge does make up for it, as those are hard to come by elsewhere. Being unable to order takeout from any of the restaurants without going downstairs is an annoyance. Most of the bad reviews seem to be from Hilton members who expect unrealistic upgrades. Don't go in thinking anyone will be impressed that you spent 50 nights at a Residence Inn and you'll be fine. The casino is huge and staff friendly. Good craps dealers that keep the game fun and moving. Rebecca in casino marketing is very responsive and a delight to work with. The location is the only drawback, with Encore and Fountainbleu being the only walkable destinations (other than Circus Circus, if you dare). Once the tunnel connects to other casinos that won't be an issue.

    go to the Conrad and get ripped off

    Stayed at the Conrad the weekend of the 7th, we have stayed there a few times before and had a pretty good time. This time we arrived and loaded up the safe with cash for future dinners , gambling and shows , appropriately 9000.00 US. in the next couple day we noticed approximately 3500.00 taken from the safe in 2 or 3 increments. I asked my girlfriend if she had taken any of the money and she said no she has her own so I counted her money, left it in the safe and took mine out and put it in my backpack ,I carry around with me. when I counted her money there was 2200 and the next day when I open the safe, because we were out late that night but it was 1200 in there. so it's only been two days and the only thing that Conrad has done is comped us $100 on our mini bar and trying to get us one free night stay, I'll probably never stay there again! john

    Loyalty is a Two Way Street

    I've stayed here multiple times and it seems to be going in the opposite direction from my initial stays. I was previously offered upgrades as a Hilton Diamond status holder. Regardless of length of stay or time or week it's a complete dead end asking for this published benefit. After waiting in the Hilton Honors line for a half hour, with exactly two check in agents working the front desk, I was, again, recently denied any upgrade. I was, however, notified that they had put in my in a room with a strip view. The exact room I had booked and paid for. Such kindess! The property has suh potential to be an incredible experience for their most loyal traveling customers. They fall short. Gym is incredible. Restaurants are wonderfully varied. Parking is free with their Genteng loyalty card. The customer service at the front desk is horrible.

    Very slow check in.

    Check in is incredibly slow. Only 3 people working with many in line. Seemed like it was taking 15 to 20 mins per check in. Slowest I have ever seen. Other than that everything else was nice and clean. Rooms were large and well kept. Pools were very nice and well kept.

    Only stay for deals and modern decor

    It’s a decent hotel, clean and modern if you can easily find good deals for staying at Hilton and Conrad. But it doesn’t worth for full price and expected it as 4+ stars hotel as you can tell they try to cut corners for being a 4 stars hotels. It lacks of some standard amenities such as coffee maker and room service (needs to go through Grubhub or something to order food from their restaurants.) The pools seems nice but quiet a lot of empty cups around the pools and some flowing straws in the water. For better food, there are some $$$$ in the mall but the mall is a bit empty for other type of shops. And their app is a bit buggy or not easy to use especially the RED chat interface. (I work at Tech so it’s a bit disappointed even for a simple app.) And their loyalty reward is pretty bad compared to other hotels. I don’t think it’s designed to keep loyal customers coming back as my all points were gone/expired from the past couple years from signup, food and gambling. Seems like no point collected for staying here. Probably I won’t come back if you plan to collect points for their membership. I may invest in other hotels instead. Though it could be a decent stay if there is promotion, staying for 2 nights max, chill at the pool, and stay away from the main strip and crowd.
