The main reason for the 4 stars is because of the size of the rooms/apartments and location. So close to the airport and all of the disney parks. Having a car is a must to get around and parking is free at the hotel. Rooms are dated but are clean and have everything you need!! Fully equipped kitchen and washing and tumble dryer. Ive done all the holiday washing as we've gone along so i have no washing to do when we get home! Pool is perfect for the kids but the sun starts to dissappear behind the building about 5pm so if you want to sit by the pool after parks you can but the sun will go. Parking is free at the hotel. Is a shame there isn't a decent restaurant on site. The irish bar is.......ok but not great. There is a pizza hut take away on site too but again not what you want every night. We went to disney springs and there are lots of restaurants there but you're best to pre book these. We also tried out the benihana on international drive. Pool area is good for the kids but there is no life guard on duty. We would return here purely as its clean and for the location. You can buy your own food etc or drive to eat out.

Great condo! Very clean & spacious. Cala at checkin was very helpful and welcoming. My family would stay here again if we return to Orlando. Definitely recommend! Build in a day to play in the fun pool!

do not listen to bad reviews
was very put off this hotel before we arrived because of the bad reviews, we stayed in block 5 pool view, 2 bedroom, and absolutely loved it it was very clean, beds were comfortable, had some free shuttles to Disney an universal , universal shuttle was very early, Disney not as early , but we got round this with uber 15 dollars to Disney, an 24 dollars to universal studios an that was a large vehicle, smaller ones are much cheaper, great value . Walmart , Publix, Wendy's, an more within walking distance, saved money making some meals at the hotel, pool was good although it was a little cold my granddaughter loved it , pool bar prices quite steep but your on holiday, just want to give a big thankyou to Hassan, the manager what a lovely guy, made our stay here amazing, so a big thankyou Hassan, please don't be put off by the bad reviews , its a great place to stay an will be returning

Great place to stay for the price.
We've stayed at LBVR approximately 7 times over the last 10-12 years. The good: Location - easy travel to parks, shopping, etc. Convenience - the onsite convenience store, Pizza Hut, arcade, workout room, and restaurant are really great to have. The Pool/Bar is our favorite spot. The drinks are great, the food is good, and we love the pool and hot tubs. The pool area is always clean and (almost) always has towels available. The bartenders are very nice - although most times there was only one and could definitely have used at least two. The not so good: We love that the room has a washer and dryer, but they never work very well. This time, our washer had wires sticking out of it. The layout of the room is good for a large family, but it doesn't appear they have updated their rooms since they opened. Things are surface level clean, but there are many spots where a lot of dust/mold/mildew were present - especially in the bathrooms and kitchen sink area. The appliances were only ok - our refrigerator leaked water and the dishwasher was very very loud. The room is average, and I would not discourage anyone from staying there. But if your expectations are very high for your room itself, this may not be the place for you.

Family vacation
We have been coming here for a few years now. Rooms are spacious and the kids love the pool. Hotel is located near many stores, restaurants, Disney Springs. Only thing I recommend is that housekeeping needs to inspect the room a little better when cleaning. We found crumbs throughout the sofa and an old coca cola bottle under the cushions. Also, some of the dressers are very out dated. The knobs were coming off and the drawers were rough in opening them. Otherwise, the hotel was great!
