Salon at Mandalay
The Mandalay Bay salon is top-notch! I have been going to Nick Miller at the Salon at Mandalay for a while now. I have always had difficulty finding a stylist that can work with my hair. My normally fine and limp hair looks beautiful and full. He is a master at color and the blending makes my hair look so much thicker. Nick is a miracle worker! His coloring and cut make my hair look and feel great. If you have fine hair or want to blend the gray, Nick is the perfect stylist for you.

Mandalay Bay robbed us
Mandalay Bay flat out robbed us. We made reservations at one of their restaurants and when we arrived, we were told we would have to pay $30 for parking upfront. After driving around the parking structure for half an hour, there was no parking, we missed our reservation and lost $30 for the trouble. They robbed us and every car behind us in line. It’s criminal.

First time visitor
This was my first time in Las Vegas. I traveled solo. Everyone was so helpful , answering all my questions. By the time I left I felt like an experienced traveler. The room, the restaurants, and the resort in general was clean and well maintained inside and out!

Need more professionalism
Only good thing is the pool and room size. However rooms need an update and hotel reservations staff can be friendlier and more professional. I would not visit again. Rooms were expensive during holiday so I expected better service but was wrong.
