A nice stay at the Hyatt
Overall we had a really nice vacation (family of 6). Hotel was clean and service was always good. We ate at the restaurant each day for lunch and everyone always enjoyed their food. Pool was never super crowded and the beach was also nice. Only real complaint would be the wristbands as hotel keys. They worked fine for the rooms but were not reliable for the elevators. Sometimes had to wait for someone else to come in. We would stay here again for sure.

Great place for relaxation
I love the Hyatt brand but the fees are out of control between the resort fees, service charges for wait staff and tips it is real expensive. We stayed for our 42nd wedding anniversary and liked the hotel, the adult pool is really nice.

Perfect Stay
I have been coming to Aruba since my honeymoon almost 24 years now. I love Aruba and I’ve stayed from barcelo before it was Barcelo, Hilton, holiday in, riu, and playa Linda. I am not knocking any other resorts or hotels but I will say that Hyatt was one of my favorites. It was the perfect mix of laid without being to laid back. The staff and service from bell boys, front desk check in, waiters, bartenders, to housekeepers everyone was so warm and welcoming. Both pool areas are nice clean, rooms are clean, and beach is perfect. I will definitely stay at the Hyatt again.

We'll be back!
We've had such a great experience both times we traveled to Aruba and stayed at the Hyatt Resort & Spa Casino that I doubt we'd stay anywhere else. The grounds are beautiful. Great pools, including the newer tranquil adult pool. Excellent pool-side service at all the pools. The location is ideal for finding good restaurants and shops to easily walk to. From the minute you enter the open air lobby, you know you are on vacation! The feel is elegant tropical. Great beach too. Rooms are clean, and the resort and beach views are both incredible. Plenty of food options when you don't want to go offsite - with several locations to enjoy food and beverages outside. Definitely busier on weekends! The casino is fun, and is available to guests who want it but doesn't take over the hotel. Desk in the lobby to arrange boat/snorkeling/crusie excursions. Staff is attentive, and handles any needs or issues very quickly. We will definitely visit again.

Island Time
Our stay at the Hyatt Regency was great. Make sure you switch yourself to island time because things move a little slow. The staff were amazing and everyone was lovely. Sjon, a security guard to duty jumped into the pool and saved a little boy from the deep end. He reacted fast and got there before anyone else had a chance to see what was going on. Certainly the fastest service we got while stay ing there. The Hyatt Regency should be proud to have someone on their security team like Sjon. We didn't travel with young kids but am confident that if we travel to Aruba again with our little ones we will certainly stay at the Hyatt where I know they would be safe.
