    Ocean View did not have a view

    We booked 2 ocean view rooms. We got 2 rooms that had view of the pool and parking lot. If you stepped out onto the balcony, you could see water. Also, the balcony is a "step out" balcony, which means it's about 2 feet wide - no room for a chair. Property is pretty, well maintained. I wish they had more breakfast options other than just a grab and go and a buffet. Nothing to sit down and just order some eggs. Make sure you reserve a palapa at the beach or an umbrella at the pool before you go. It's free and it's easy, but much better if it's done before you go.

    Excellent Family Vacation

    Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, across the street from good restaurants - try Azia for sushi and Daniel’s for steak. Hotel was clean. Gym is small, but fine. Adult pool area nice and quiet. Breakfast buffet also very good.

    Scenic and serene.

    Our stay at the Hyatt was relaxing and pleasurable. The rooms were clean and quiet which was important to us after a long day of beach fun. The spa massages were serene. We’ll be back with family and friends!

    Needs staff and cleaning upgrade! Rude staff.

    Poor customer service, dirty rooms and tables. Poor clearing of towels on pool chairs. Terrible check in experience. Rude front desk! Wifi was terrible. So inconsistent. Garbage overflowing at beach and pool.

    Great family hotel

    Beautiful grounds, very well maintained. Lots of food options - delicious iced lattes! My 16 month old was greeted with a beach toy at check in which was a lovely touch. Beautiful pools, and very nice beach.
