    Great Hotel

    We love the Hilton hotel in Aruba, and now even more after finding out they are building a new one and renovating the existing one! Great services, very friendly staff! Rooms get cleaned every day, housekeeping leave plenty of towels for multiple showers during the day!

    Tired and not up to my standards

    We had a suite in Curaçao . Bldg Closet lovely but dresser and drawers were marred and chipped. We were here in July of 22. The pool has never been resurfaced. The same concrete patches were still there. Our room was not cleaned on our last night! Everyone was very friendly! We were able to reserve our pulapa ahead of time. We are Hilton Diamond we asked For a late checkout … they would not accommodate us! Very disappointing! I love Aruba and will be back.. not sure I will stay at Hilton. It needs a total update and repair. By the way, the elevator to Casino jerks and bangs it is same as last Year. Amazing that it passes inspection

    Nice hotel, great location but in need of improvement

    We came in September and stayed in the curaçao building which I do not recommend. It’s the building that is farthest from the main building . The restaurant Laguna was closed for renovations and rooms were small. We didn’t recieve any email saying there would be construction and renovations. One light didn’t work in our room and the conditioner pump in the shower didn’t work either. We notified them but they never fixed them. Our room had no long mirror and the food at the hotel wasn’t good. We tried to eat out as much as we could. There are better restaurants outside of the hotel.

    Great stay on the beach

    This hotel is very nice. I like that you can reserve palapas ahead of time. We are used to staying at the Marriott, so we were skeptical at first, but it’s nice. We stayed in the Aruba tower which is the same building with the lobby and shops, which is preferred. We spent all day in the ocean and at night headed over to the Mira Solo Bar for music and drinks. We’d like to send a very special shout-out to Yujeidi at the bar for her sweetness and attentiveness. She definitely enhanced our stay.

    Aruba/ Jamuel = 5 stars!!

    The resort was beautiful! Everyone was so nice and friendly but Jamuel really made the trip memorable! He was such an attentive sever and so friendly and nice! Food and drinks are great and you can’t beat his fast service!! 100% will be back!!
