Lovely visit
Tennis coach Horacio is wonderful, lovely space and service. The resident iguanas were particularly delightful. Loved the grounds, beach, and nature around the resort. im done but they want me to write more....

It’s ok if you go with your family
It’s a 2000s kind of resort, from the food to the decor. There is nothing outstanding about the resort except maybe the staff who are helpful. It is 15 min away from actual Tulúm. If you’re under 35 I don’t recommend it

Would I return here? — Maybe but probably not.
Attended for a wedding. It was an okay resort. Some good, some bad and some ugly. My first complaint is that the bride and groom should have literally been treated like royalty and they were not. I was not the bride but if I was - OMG I would have some complaints! Regardless, we managed to enjoy ourselves. We found things we enjoyed and unfortunately also some things we did not. The beach is kept in pristine condition. They are up raking it at sunrise. The pool is cleaned daily. I sat on my balcony to watch the sun rise every day and witnessed them cleaning the grounds. I sure wish they cleaned my room like this. Room service would forget to pick up dishes and garbage would pile up in our room until we called to complain about it. I hate complaining but come on — look at the picture I posted. That’s unacceptable! The food was bearable. We found things to eat but lacked some things. Loved the omelette bar. Tried various restaurants and found things on the menu that were tasty and other things we wished we never ordered. No surprise there as you can’t please everyone’s taste. The coffee was worthy of my tastes. We went there too many times a day. The ice cream was great too. I did not like the smoothies at all. The place looks enticing but unfortunately they did not taste nice at all. The water on the resort is bottled. The ice is bagged. We had no issues with upset stomach’s. We had my 4 month old with us and used boiled water for all the bottles. The elevator stopped working on Day 2. We were on the 3rd floor. I had an infant and a stroller. None of that was ideal. They had people trying to fix it but clearly had no luck since we climbed stairs with a stroller everyday. Very annoying! My bracelet was stolen. I reported it. They “did an investigation” told me they would email me the result of it since the worker who last entered my room was only back in a few days. I have never received any feedback whatsoever.

Excellent place to disconnect and take vacations
Hotel has WiFi everywhere, but the experience is so great that you will leave your devices at your room and enjoy the experience and place. Food quality and variety is awesome. Don't miss the seaside grill (at the end, you are in the sea side) with an excellent beach. Tulum ruins are very close and if you want to go to Somewhere else, like Cirque du Solei, you will require 45 to 55 min.
