    Great trip.

    Big, beautiful resort. Started out as questionable due to high occupancy. No pool or beach chairs available. Very little shade. On 3rd day, Monday it thinned to 40% capacity and we were able to enjoy beach chairs in the shade on the beach. It was great after that. Food was good, drinks good, room good but mattress needed replacing. Standouts for great service was Guadalupeand Daniel, beach waiters, Ricky and the entertainment team, loved the guacamole making and so many more. We would go back with a group. I don't think kids would enjoy a long stay, as not much for them to do. Over all a great trip.

    Amazing! We had the best time! We had so much fun with all of our family and friends. We were there for my brother in laws wedding & everything was so beautiful! We were not ready to leave. We cannot wait to go back!

    Staff and entertainment team make it worth it!

    I'd like to thanks eveyone on behalf of dreams tulum. The staff had been amazing and very accommodating to our ever needs as best as possible. I'd like to thank the entertainment team Paola, Alex, Enrique and I'm sure I'm missing others for the pool activities, pool and beach volleyball list goes on! Would love to come back!

    Destination Wedding

    My husband and I came here for our destination wedding with about 40 friends and family members and had the most amazing time!! The venues for our ceremony/reception were something out of a storybook. Marianna from the weddings department was amazing to work with and truly thought of every detail. We felt cared for and our guests had an amazing time as well!

    Excellent Authentic Mexican All Inclusive

    I have stay at Dreams Tulum multiple times and have always enjoyed my experience. My most recent trip being in Sept 2023. I found the food options on the menus to be improved from my last 2022 visit. They have added staff to the Preferred Club beach which makes it nice. Overall this is a solid resort and choice when visiting Mexico. As always things are not perfect but my expectations are in line with staying at an All Inclusive resort so I do not mind.
