May 28, 2023What has happened to Harrahs?
What has happened to Harrahs? We have been staying there for 5+ years and always had a good experience. Check in was chaos at 6:30 pm on a Tuesday night. Kiosks were empty with no lobby attendant to assist. Lines were long to speak to only 2-3 live persons. Housekeeping is just terrible. It was late on Wednesday and Thursday after requesting it and completely absent on Friday. We were told that housekeeping is not a “guarantee”. Really? Well it is an expectation in all “nice” hotels and, honestly, I have never been refused housekeeping services. Clean up your act, Vegas Harrahs! You are a mess!

There was blood on the sheets and blankets had to call housekeeping and ask that all bedding get changed. They took over 1 hour and all they did was bring up 2 blankets and 2 sheets.. I had to go down to the front desk to request a different room. Booked my stay through price line. On my receipt it shows my resort fee was $117. After checkout they charged me $189 for the resort fee. I was told there was nothing they could do as priceline had the wrong price and I needed to go through them. Than was told to dispute the charge woth my bank

Huge shoutout to Chris, Thomas Lee, Buford, and Dennis! These guys are all hardworking guys that go above and beyond!!. When my family and I arrived to Harrah’s Casino we pulled up to unload our bags and the bellmen promptly greeted us. They were exceptionally helpful and kind as they loaded all of our bags (lots of bags) onto a cart and wheeled it up to our room promptly and professionally. As I was unpacking I noticed I was missing a bag, frantic we called down to the bell desk to inform them. Dennis was very prompt and immediately went and retraced his steps to ensure nothing fell off the cart. With no luck I walked back down to the bell desk where I was warmly greeted by Chris who called security to help. Thomas Lee and Buford searched the back bell desk to ensure my bag had not been left behind during transport. They were extremely patient with me, as they got all the details of my missing bags appearance. I ended up realizing my bag had gotten left behind in the truck and that I wasted everyone’s time. I want to send a huge shoutout to everyone at the bell desk for being over the top amazing, patient, kind and helpful. You guys make the guest experience exceptional!!

We were upgraded to a twin queen bed room. So roomy and looked over Vegas sights including High Roller. In room facilities, like mini bar/coffee was super expensive. Pool was great, not really crowded and loud like another we stayed at, would stay again

over priced for the rooms
Took a quick get away for m husbands birthday, disappointed that cost of this place the room we stayed in has no refrig nor microwave we were in a non-smoking room clearly the surrounding guest didnt get the memo
