Best holiday ever
Absolutely loved Secrets Moxche The food was exceptional, the variety of restaurants, bars and pools felt like we were in a small village. The entertainment team were all AMAZING, so friendly and fun especially Felix and Carlos (Felix's smile is contagious), you can see they all love their jobs The skills of the dancers and singers in the shows was fabulous, loved the Cirque show the most. The brilliant live music around the resort was a real treat

A very good resort
We had a 4 night break here in Nov 23 to celebrate the tailend of our engagement. Upon arriving, the site was very impressive. We loved the jungle feel to the resort, and the lobby was a beautiful, big open space. Some highlights were as follows: Hotel room The room we stayed in was the Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View - very spacious and grand. The shower could have been a bit more powerful as you have quite a large space but only one rainfall showerhead. The preferred upgrade is worth it as we spent a lot of time in the roof top infinity pool and the Observatory restaurant. Both really impressive. The gypsy club/speakeasy - a really fun concept with great role play with the staff. This usually followed the evening entertainment in the threatre. Its a fun nightclub. We enjoyed the Bike ride, the host Jose and the doctor that rode with us (apologises, can't remember his name) were a great duo, very informative, and an overall fun to spend the morning with. I also attended the intermediate tennis class one morning, which was a great cardio burn, I never got around to experiencing their gym as I was too busy enjoying the resort. There are several pools and cenotes for privacy. The resort will keep you entertained, we met some lovely couples and enjoyed some good banter between us. I give a 4 star because the food was not as nice as we would have hoped. I wouldn't say anything tasted exceptional as I have read from other travellers. That being said, the Japanese restaurant was good and the breakfast options were also good. The staff at the Observatory were very pleasant, and Antonio at Seasoul was very polite and friendly. This is a great resort, I would recommend it to those looking for an overall great package for a holiday..

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at!
My Dad and I took a trip to this hotel with the intention of not leaving the resort and just relaxing on the beach- this did not disappoint. The hotel rooms are absolutely beautiful, very clean and the staff are incredible so attentive and keen to help in any way possible (also so cheerful) the entertainment at the hotel was a really nice touch with pool games, water aerobics, live music on in each area! I couldn’t fault our stay and we want to shout out Daniel who ensured we had the best time possible and even found my Dad’s glasses when we thought they were lost! The food and drinks were amazing, pools were lovely and beach was beautiful. There are paddleboards, kayaks etc ready for you to take out as part of the hotel which I personally loved. One thing to be aware of is that you can only smoke in one or two designated areas of the hotel grounds and also apparently the beach is fine but we didn’t know this beforehand, also the souvenir shop and pharmacy were super expensive but I suppose thats normal for resorts like this. Those two points are if I had to be picky but honestly I will be back - 10/10 stay!

Blown Away! First All-Inclusive Experience
WOW!!! We LOVED Secrets Moxche!! I spent months clicking through close to 100 all-inclusive resorts and finally settled on Secrets Moxche based on their pictures and reviews. I'm SO happy we decided on this one! We were nervous about an all-inclusive stay, having concerns about customer service, what would we do, quality of food and drinks and sustainable efforts being made. I was truly blown away in each category. We did not have one unpleasant interaction with any team member. I had read some reviews that staff could be pushy about signing up for timeshares and other promotions. This was not the case for us. They asked if we were interested during check-in, we said no, and that was it. Every person seemed like they enjoyed their work and was kind and attentive to our needs! The entertainment team is truly exceptional. Jose, Karley, Daniela and Uzi went out of their way to know our names and make everyone around them feel so special and seen. They were hilarious and so much fun to be with! We miss them already. They have tons of activities throughout the day! The dining experiences were SO amazing and unique. Each restaurant had a distinct vibe and atmosphere that really created a unique experience. There are definitely some dishes that shine brighter than others, but there is phenomenal food that is delivered and displayed with beauty and creativity! Every restaurant course was like art on a plate. We genuinely enjoyed every single location but three I want to highlight are 1. Dos Almas - Wilbert, our server, was incredibly knowledgeable and so delightful. He knew the origin of all the drinks and foods. The sirloin was chef's kiss perfect. 2. Bamboo - we loved every single dish here at both breakfast and lunch. Jorge, our server, was over the top kind, friendly, funny and fun! 3. Bisou - we loved every single course here as well! The creme brûlée was my favorite dessert overall! There were definitely noticeable efforts to be sustainable despite the consumeristic nature of all-inclusive. I really appreciated this and noticed the great efforts they took! Overall, SO thankful we came here. I've told friends and family they have to visit here. We will be back for sure. Pictures do not do it justice, this place is so beautiful!
