I am here at the moment, I decided to come here for my honeymoon, and celebrate my husband's birthday -which was yesterday- i want to ask for a full refund I am so displeased with the horrible customer service. I have been here for 3 nights, not ONCE have they come to clean my room when i asked so many times, i called for clean towels FIVE times today. I am waiting to shower i cant start my day and i am having a horrible experience. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL.

TLDR - if you are looking for a decent points redemption option with a great beach (outside the hurricane belt) and care less about service/room quality this is an OK choice. Pros: (+) Our ocean front room had a really fantastic view - the ocean is really an amazing blue and you get a bit of the sunset (+) Great shower water pressure (+) Pretty convenient location to Willemstad (5-10mins) / areas up north (40min drive) (+) Adults only pool was generally quiet / right by the ocean. Cabanas were generally open though people definitely save the best ocean chairs early (+) On-site jetskiing was a blast (be aware it is "guided" but still adventurous and you get time to do your own thing), snorkel rental was easy and fine to take off-site (+) Generally accommodating with Gluten free options - though unclear at times how aware of Celiacs staff were and a few misses like being told there was gluten-free pasta when there wasn't Cons: (-) Room and bed were just OK - felt like a generic Marriott (-) Service was very "meh"... the poolside service felt slightly understaffed though pleasant. We had two days where we didn't leave in the morning where the room was never cleaned despite us calling down (and water bottles were never re-stocked). (-) Food overall was mediocre and the room service offerings were limited (-) The "Reef Club" was a huge disappointment for the cost. The breakfast is pretty bad (think rehydrated eggs) and the staff is weird about you taking waters etc. (for $50 a day... your margins are fine if I take out a soda water)... They also sold the discount of this as some great Bonvoy benefit (it was not). (-) Lack of on-site spa was a bummer we got a couples massage that was nice but just in a generic room they use for services which wasn't particularly nice or romantic

Our recent stay at this stunning Caribbean resort exceeded all expectations. We were greeted by the warmest staff who made us feel like family throughout our entire stay. The beaches were beautiful and clear blue waters were absolutely mesmerizing. One of highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the extraordinary hotel Reef Lounge where Steph and her staff worked tirelessly to ensure we enjoyed our vacation. This Team gets a ‘hat tip’ for helping to make this an extraordinary visit, day after day! I’d like to suggest a small enhancement that could make this resort even more environmentally friendly. By providing each guest with a reusable water bottle, the resort could significantly reduce its use of plastic water bottles. This initiative would not only align with the stunning natural surroundings but also demonstrate a commitment to sustainability that many travelers greatly appreciate. The Curacao Marriott with its wonderful staff, breathtaking beaches, and exceptional Reef Lounge has won our hearts. I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking both luxury and a positive environmental impact. Can't wait to return to this tropical paradise!

Excellent Beach Resort
Beautiful 5* property situated on a white sand beach with turquoise water. Rooms looks freshly renovated and the cleaning service is excellent. The beach area and the pools are very nice with breathtaking views. In my opinion they should add a few umbrellas in order to allow more customers to have one. The gym is well equipped. All the employees have been very nice. Special mention for Maurice at the Salty Iguana (the best Bloody Mary in Curacao by far), Ebony, Jaymy the legend of the beach bar and Joshua. I selected the All Inclusive Package and the food quality was definitely approved (especially at Salty Iguana and C-Spice, while I think Zala and the breakfast could be a little bit improved). For a luxury all inclusive I found the beverage selection a little cheap, but in any case I was very happy. Something to improve could be the breakfast seating process where could happen a line quite often. In conclusion I spent an amazing time (11 nights) and I definitely recommend it!

Don't hesitate and book it!
My family of nine stayed for five days, and we had a fantastic time. The resort was beautiful. It is located on a lovely beach that has good snorkeling spots. We had the all-inclusive package, and it did not disappoint. The staff was excellent; special mentions to Joshua, Jaymy, and Loui at the Salty Iguana, Jonil and Razil at C-Spice, Sherille, Fred, Laudi, Adrian at Zala and Izakaya, and Edmond, Paul, and Jodie at amenities and room service. You guys have brought that exceptional Filipino hospitality to the resort, making our stay extra special. Attentive service with a smile! We truly appreciate it, and we highly recommend this resort. Tip: Bring water shoes to enjoy the beach and snorkeling spots as they are rocky.
