Expectations Exceeded
This was the first trip to this resort. It 's an exceptionally beautiful resort with gorgeous beach, palm trees, and ocean view. It's very clean and well maintained. All of the staff goes out of their way to assist and get you what you need. Food was incredible. Were served two different chef's specialties that were volunteered by the manager of World Cafe and the other by the waiter at El Patio. The entertainment crew was friendly and engaging. Rooms were stylishly decorated and immaculate. Here is a list of all the wonderful staff that we were privileged to interact with. Lobby--Ronnie and Ruth. Entertainment--Roman, Julio, Marco, Gabby, Mareya. Chef Aurelio and Chef Santos. World Cafe--Wendy, Estephanie,Elia, Alejandro,Maricruz. El Patio--Julio, Jacqueline. Portofino and Seaside--Freddie. Poolside--Paulina and Jorge. Spa--Irma, Fernando, Miriam, Victor.

Had lots of fun!
The employees were all so friendly and helping. Definitely took care of us. Marco, Roman & Gabi were great! They brought the energy and fun in the day and night activities! Only bad comments I would make is the beach wasn’t as open or nice as other areas or resorts in the areas and the food would occasionally be served cold. But overall great experience.

Good hotel, 4 star service
We stayed at Dream Aventuras in Riviera Maya! It was a lovely hotel with lovely staff! The descriptions were accurate! It’s a good 4 star all inclusive, with a decent choice of restaurants. Though the service and food was inconsistent in the restaurants, sometimes the service and food quality was average or slightly below and sometimes the service and food quality was excellent! We were in the preferred club, which gave us access to a dedicated pool which was always quiet with a great choice of sun loungers and bar with premium drinks! Though the pool could do with being cleaned more regularly and thoroughly. The preferred club on the seventh floor had a good range of premium alcohols to choose from and a small selections of food, buffet style, though some snacks would have been good, and the small selection of bufffet food was left out for many hours at a time. We had the honeymoon junior suite with marina view. This was actually better than sea view rooms as it was quieter. There was a hot tub on a balcony too! You could even see the dolphins in the marina from our balcony! The hotel also gave a turn down service at night which is a nice touch. Though the times the room was cleaned and turned down varied day by day. There is a private beach, the sand is pretty coarse, but the sea is very protected and beautifully warm, so worth a swim there too. There are lovely cabanas and sun beds on the beach with good bar service. I’d like to mention a few names who showed amazing service: Paulina and Gustavo, who were our pool concierge! They were very very attentive and so welcoming! They are a credit to the hotel! Eddie, who is one of the preferred club pool bar tenders, he made the best drinks and invented some even better shots 😜 Blanca would always come round and bring us drinks at the pool side and she was always very smiley :) Victor from the spa, who came by everyday for a chat and gave us amazing deals at the spa at the hotel!! Which includes an amazing hydrotherapy suite! Also a big shout out to the entertainment team and catering team who put on an epic show and Mexican speciality buffet on the beach for Mexico Independence Day! Overall, it was a lovely stay, at a good price! To improve, the management just need to work on consistency each day. It’s a good 4 star hotel and worth a visit if you’re planning on visiting riviera Maya.
