    Room cleaned daily. Host refilled all amenities. Great location. Quieter side of Waikiki. Two restaurants have good food. Beach a few steps away. ABC store on property. 3 hot tubs. Nice pool area. Music nightly.

    Changes

    The entire complex is beautiful. I have been visiting this wonderful hotel for several years and the recently completed renovations have made a big difference. Mike and Rory at the Kani Ka Pila Grille are perfect. Friendly, attentive, and personable. There are two things that have gone away and I wish the hotel would bring back. Breakfast at the Kani Ka Pila, and the special dinner bowls at the Kani Ka Pila. The Monkeypod kitchen is okay. Staff was friendly. Food was fine. I miss the grill that was there before.

    Almost perfect

    Our stay at the Outrigger Reef was great. The staff was amazing. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and the beach was out the back. My only complaint, and this is very minor, was that there wasn't a lot of storage in our room. The closet was small and there was no dresser. The bathroom was huge, but there was a lot of empty space that could have been used for some sort of extra counter space or other storage. Living directly out of our suitcases for a week was not ideal, but overall we loved our stay.

    Just average.

    We've stayed in this resort before, not the best return experience. Room had ac problems, pool was always packed without adequate shade or lounge chairs. Most of the space was blocked off for unreserved cabanas and was a waste of space. The Voyager 47 club was a disappointment, could not relax with the abundance of aggressive birds and the staff was extremely limited so your dishes were left around.

    Beautiful property and nice staff - Boni took good care of us

    Went for high school volleyball and The Service was really amazing considering the devastating fire on Maui. Boni was our room cleaner and was amazing and very friendly and kind. Would highly recommend this hotel and give Boni 10 stars!
