Randy is the absolute best. This is our 2nd trip here and he has been absolutely amazing both times. Wouldn’t be the same without him. Restaurant is good. The bar is great. Love the water features around the property.

Great service and great view
Checkin was fantastic! Jade and Hannah ensured that our room would take be disturbed by ongoing construction to make sure we had a pleasant experience. The room is spacious and the view is beautiful! There’s a pool that’s pretty big and great to cool down in. There’s also just so much to do at the resort in addition to being a short 5min walk from the beach. Whether you want to chill at the resort or on the beach this is the place for you!

Been coming here for over 2 decades
Stayed here again recently for like the 100th time. No joke. It’s management like Hitomi Kato that make me coming back here multiple times year after year. You’ll never regret coming here I promise. From the overwhelming customer service, to all the amenities; the multiple locations to hang out at whether the bay or a quick walk across the street to the beach, your vacation and money will be well spent. Please let the Catamaran be your next vacation stay. I’ve been coming here since I was 10 and am now 39. The newly renovated rooms make this place even more enjoyable.

An Amazing Experience in a Tropical Paradise
I can't say enough about the Catamaran and what they did to make our occasion memorable. The occasion was a Ceremony of Life for my husband of 30 years. He died young (68), and of course it was a devastating experience. The healing, for all of us, began this last weekend (September 14 to 17.) My hero-lady is Mackenzie! She coordinated EVERYTHING perfectly. Mackenzie is professional, yet friendly and caring. She made the process of booking and updating smooth and easy. I will be forever grateful. Front Desk Allison was absolutely wonderful. The room I booked for myself was in the tower. It had the most amazing view! The ocean, the bay, downtown...yet the room left a lot to be desired. I asked to be moved. She never skipped a beat, just found a room for me and let me inspect it first. She's an angel, as this room was very "zen" and beautiful. Very healing. The Bell Captain, Augusto, helped me out many times. He's is friendly and always ready to help. For the Best Massage of my Life, I thank Jessica at the Spa. I walked in with a lot of tight muscles and walked out, ~ well, walking on air. Jessica is a miracle worker. We were a large party ~ family and friends ~ and all of the waitstaff went above and beyond to keep us happy. I really wish I got our server's name at Moray's on Friday and Saturday night. She was so kind, efficient, and mostly PATIENT. People kept arriving at different times and she managed to accommodate our rowdy party --- with a smile. The hotel grounds are extraordinary. As soon as you enter the lobby, you are transported to Polynesia. Lava rock with multiple waterfalls...orchids, ferns, palms, koi, ~ along with authentic Polynesian architecture...high pitched ceilings, fresh air coming in from open doors. The grounds are beautiful. Hibiscus of every color, some of them as large as a dinner plate. The Catamaran embodies the true spirt of aloha. Myself and my "Ohana" had a lovely time. We are already planning a reunion in 2025. Mahalo to all of the great staff who helped us celebrate not only the life of my husband, but for providing a lovely experience to our entire group.

A memorable Friday thru Sunday family trip
I cant say enough about my family’s stay at The Catamaran Resort. Check in was super smooth. I had originally only booked a single night but decided a few days after the original booking to book the same type of room to extend our stay. When the kind receptionist pulled up our stay she initially only saw our first night’s booking. I told her I actually booked two separate nights and if she could link them so we didn’t have to leave and come back. She thanked me for telling her and proceeded to link the two stays. She told us on the little map exactly where to park and once parked how to find our room. Room was immaculate upon arrival. We’ve stayed at other hotels and found evidence of previous occupants under chairs/furniture, etc but not here! We were provided with plenty of towels upon arrival and getting new towels was a breeze from the kind and respectful housekeeping staff that made her rounds while we were still in the room. The staff member even gave us a handful of replacement coffee pods for the following morning. They have a maintenance crew member who combs the beach by the property early each day to remove debris and smooth out all the holes from the previous days beach-related fun. A maintenance worker, Jose, had noticed my family trying to take a family picture on our own and offered to take a moment to help us get a photo that we would have otherwise not had to remember our stay. Although we packed most of our meals, the resort is close to several places to get a bite that are within a 5-10 min walk in case you want to eat out. We did walk to a taco place 5 min from our room which was perfect. We will definitely be staying here in the future.
