Great hotel, close walking to park
This was a great hotel! Room was very clean and comfy. Only like a 14 minute walk to Disney parks. Breakfast patio was great. Weather was perfect to eat outside. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was not ready when we got there (we were there way before check in time of 3:00) but they stored our luggage so we could head to the parks.

Wouldn’t stay again
Upon arriving at noon, we were told our room was currently being cleaned and would be ready soon. We came back at 3:30 and our room still wasn't available. I asked to speak to a manager, but apparently managers aren't on duty over the weekend. Seems strange. The girl at the desk finally gives me out room keys. 6 of us and 2 luggage carts make it onto the elevator. No 2nd floor. Weird. Go back down. Would have been nice if the girl at the front desk told us we had to use a different elevator to get to the 2nd floor. Traveling all night I would have liked a nap, but it's been 4 hours of listening to kids screaming in the pool. Woke up at midnight to people above us sounding like they were literally jumping off the beds. Lasted about 2 hours. Paper thin walls and windows. No sleep. Horrible customer service. Breakfast was horrible. Might be budget friendly but definitely not a good hotel if you want to relax midday or sleep at night.

Good clean, friendly hotel and staff
Pros : We stayed here for 8 days and for the most part it was a great stay! The beds are super comfy, linens are nice and clean. The hotel room we had, was a king with bunk beds with a view of California Adventure and we could watch the fireworks from our balcony, which was awesome. My older kids had double queen rooms that were very roomy. The bathroom was always so clean and the mirrors...well ladies you will love the mirrors to put your makeup on, they are awesome! Most of the staff was super friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel was very clean always smelled good and even housekeeping was nice. The pool was nice, never overcrowded, very clean, only downside was it was on the cooler side. Our little ones lips were purple/blue from the temp of the water and couldn't stay in long, which was a disappointment. Complimentary breakfast was ok, nothing great, but not horrible, but filled us til lunch and tasted good. They always have some sort of eggs, be it scrambled or omelets, potatoes or biscuits and gravy and some days sausage. Some fruit but not a big selection, toast, waffles ( no toppings) cereal and the typical juice or milk and coffee. There isn't a shuttle that takes you to the park, but the walk is really quick, 8-10 minutes ( we are fast walkers and like to do rope drop) Even the walk home at night wasn't bad as far as tiring goes. We also did instacart and would just pick it up at the front desk, which was great. They have a restaraunt in the hotel that has a lot of different foods they make. For instance, Mexican, chinese, burgers, mediterranian, salads, desserts...the chinese was soooo good! But way overpriced. There is also a CVS across the street that has a lot of disney merch for super cheap, there's a Walgreens across the street and there's a nice shopping area about two blocks down that has some great restaurants and there's a gift shop right next to the 7-11 with a lot of great disney merch...lots! Cons: For staying for 8 days, it was ridiculous to me that we had to pay to park our vehicle. As much as we spent on the hotel alone that should come with your stay. The towels were very strange, extremely scratchy which caused hair to not come out in the wash ( I had to request more towels due to other peoples hair being on them) and didn't really dry the water from your body or hair. There is a homeless population at the 7-11 next to the hotel that you have to walk past to get to the hotel. In the morning it's not so bad but at night it doesn't feel safe to walk alone. Some are homeless others are clearly on drugs. As a mother with younger daughters and teenage daughters I definitely wouldn't allow them to walk alone without their dad present. The doors do lock from the outside of the hotel, even the front ones at some point in the evening so that is a good extra measure of security, and you use your key card to get in. Overall, it was a great hotel. I think if you don't have a vehicle to park then it's a great affordable option.Very clean, nice roomy rooms and they provide all the things needed for a great trip to Disney. They are very accommodating, we were able to check in very early in the morning as we got in around 8 a.m. as well,

Family trip to Disneyland
This hotel is a nice walk to the park. All the staff are very friendly, and accommodating, we were too early to check in when we arrived but were able to leave our luggage and walk around the area. The beds and pillows are comfortable, great night sleep every night. The breakfast was very good with a good variety. The only complaints I have is lack of water pressure in the shower and $25 per day for parking. I would not hesitate to suggest this hotel to anyone visiting Disneyland.

Great hotel, would have been 5 stars apart from 1 non smiling staff.
On the whole very good, slightly disappointed by the check in, the member of staff appeared very grumpy and there was no smile whatsoever. Bit of a spoiler as the hotel back's onto disney and we were all excited to be going there the next 3 days. The proximity to the park is great, 10-15 minutes walk to the parks and downtown disney. Tip don't turn right as you come out of the hotel as it's longer to get to the parks. We came back when we were tired to rehydrate and rest the feet for a few hours then headed back again. The room was great which included a fridge and safe. We had one of the rooms with bunkbeds, handy for a 17 year old son and 15 years old daughter. The free breakfast was nothing to shout about, make your own waffles, cereals, premade omelette, sausage patties, fruit juices and coffee. There's a 7-11 next door and a further small supermarket next to that. We had no problem parking during our.
