Nimfa was always so friendly when seating us for breakfast at Cento, having her warm welcome was always cool 😎 The staff at the front desk is always friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this hotel and traveling with Gate 1 Travel. Great 1st visit to London 💖🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

Great food and stay. Dipti provided us with great service at ESQ. drinks were great! the vibes were really awesome as well. Would recommend this place as an American traveler. Overall neighborhood vibes were awesome as wells. This place is great.

Special Concierge Service
The hotel offers concierge service, the three that we use to help us navigate our London Stay were excellent, we especially enjoyed working with Sajjad and Ted. The front desk was very helpful with the few issues we experienced. A had an issue with our room which was repaired while we were out to dinner. All and all a very pleasant stay

Had potential
Surprised that this property was listed under the Amex fine hotels for London. The common areas and entrance were pleasant and bright but rooms were tiny and some even were laid out in an awkward way, not maximizing functionality. We had plumbing issues during our first hour and requested maintenance to check it out. We were informed by the two maintenance men that it was going to be a lengthy repair and that perhaps we should be given a different room. We were told the only available rooms would be in the lower category we booked (forgoing the amex benefit of a free upgrade). 1. We really wanted to rest, 2. We needed to repack all the items we had just unpacked from our 2 luggages 3. We would be downgraded for something out of our control back to the originally booked category. After what felt like having to argue my point with the manager, we were provided another room at the current category, but they would not budge on trying to accommodate with a better or roomier room to compensate for our time or trouble. It's a shame because our check in process was extra efficient and the day manager was very accommodating to our needs. All in all the place was decent and breakfast was nice. But there were some areas lacking such as the bathroom amenities included very basic items in a communal bin. Slippers were provided but no robes. There was no turn down service...the little things that should set these properties apart.

Exceptional Concierge service!
Sajjad is concierge extraordinaire. Our room was not ready when we arrived. He made a fabulous recommendation for a walk and a great coffe. When the room was ready he had the bags in the room ahead of us and showed all of the amenities of the hotel and the room. Additionally. He offered assistance with event tickets and anything else we needed. He is personable and engaging. He delivers on every promise made in a timely manner and demonstrates outstanding follow through! I am HH gold and have stayed at many Hiltons in USA and throughout Europe. Sajjad's welcoming warmth and professionalism is among the best I have experienced. He represents the hotel and chain exceptionally well. Thank you, Rick Walsh
