First time here and it was amazing!!! The activities were so fun and the drinks were always flowing! Had the best time! Jerik is the most entertaining host/entertainment hombre! Marco, Jerik, Osvaldo, Kevin, DJ Chris, and Alex were all the greatest of all time!

Another Amazing Vacation at El Dorado Maroma - you MUST visit this hotel! The best!
This is our 5th annual visit to this wonderful resort, as Diamond Elite members of Exotic Travelers. We always stay in the Beachfront Villa. Simply put, the hotel is small and perfectly located on the best beach around, and the staff is why we return, year after year. From the moment you are picked up at the airport by Lomas Travel (huge shout-outs!), the vacation experience is first class and equal to none other. The hotel management is truly special, and they make their guests feel at home from the beginning. They do their absolute best to leave no detail overlooked, and try their hardest to make sure every guest is treated with respect, kindness, and dignity. They KNOW hospitality here. As mentioned before, the staff is EVERYTHING at this resort, and we are greeted with smiles, hugs, and warmth every time we return to this resort. Here are the staff members we interact with during our stay, and every one is worth mentioning! Our butlers, Alex and Victor, we would not know what to do without your personal touch and unwavering service. In the restaurants and bars, we would like to mention Jesus, Arturo, Betsabe, Karen, Salome, Diego, Clemente, Carlos, Juan, Lucy, Antonio, Josue, Pamela, Manuel, Augustin, and Fernando. At Palafitos restaurant, we would like to thank Jimmy, Julian, Marlene, and Concepcion. At Naay Spa, we woulud like to thank Whilmer, Herbert, Patricia, Urania, and Fernanda. Additional butler staff we would like to mention are Hans, Julieta, and Israel. What a pleasure all of you were during this visit! We mention these employees by name because ALL of them are special, and all of them make us feel like family when we visit. Also, it is because of this that we will be back next year. I am sorry I did not get to meet with the new hotel managers this year, as I knew Elisa very well, from prior years. We are sorry she left the hotel to pursue other ventures. Thank you, El Dorado Maroma, for everything you do to make us so happy for the nine days we are there; we leave Mexico feeling happy, refreshed, well fed (too much so!), and very spoiled and taken care of. We appreciate all of you so much, and if we could thank every single one of you, by name, we would. You are all that special. Muchas gracias, and we look forward to our 2026 vacation.

Relaxing honeymoon
This has been my first time and the experience has been excellent. It has been a very relaxing experience with a solid mix of things to keep you busy. Playing beach and pool volleyball has been a blast as well as crafts and other activities. The room and service have been top notch quality. Everyone is very nice and happy. Thanks to the stuff jerik, marco, osvaldo, kevin, dj chris and alex.

Amazing!!
This is my second time coming here, and my expectations have been exceeded once again. The food is amazing, weather is beautiful, and the activities are so fun! Honeymoon trip
Great get away place for couples or small intimate groups. Very relaxing, great customer service and good food. Kevin was great with entertainment and making sure you’re comfortable and enjoying yourself. Me and my wife came for our honeymoon and it’s our first time but we will definitely be back.
