We had the best Butlers throughout our stay. José,Stefano and Misael.
Our Butlers José, Stefano and Misael we the best. Their service was excellent. Whatever we needed they provided right away. The carts to and from the restaurants were very sent within minutes. We didn't have to wait. From day one they fulfilled our needs. Hopefully when we visit again we will have the same Butlers. I will give them 5 Stars for the our entire stay.❤️❤️

Decent except for the severe food poisoning from the Mexican restaurant
We booked two rooms and stayed for a week from the UK. Pros: Lovely hotel, amazing rooms and very well kept overall. Great beds and pillows. Good high quality drinks (lots of choice and good top shelf brands included) Butters were good although it’s pretty much just to book restaurants. They got the times wrong for the Helios restaurant for us but the restaurant accommodated anyway. Buffet on the GP side had ample choice and good food. Lots of hard working staff in the bars and pool service was good, they were very attentive. Beautiful beach although no wifi on the beach which was annoying for those needing to stay connected. Cons: Food poisoning from eating at the Mexican restaurant on evenings 27th November. My mother was severely sick and had to take an 11 hour flight home, she has still not recovered after 3 days. Judging by other reviews, this isn’t an isolated case. This point alone literally ruined the whole trip for us and will not be returned or recommending based on this. Service very hit and miss, sometimes rooms missing towels. Between the two rooms we booked, one would have chocolates on the bed, the other not, one would have turndown service, the other, not. Not a deal breaker but considering we paid the same for both rooms it was a bit odd. It felt staff were so overwhelmed due to high season, for breakfast in Capachio we waited so long for coffee (sometimes never turned up), generally staff were just rushed off their feet and couldn’t cope. Food on theTRS Coral side was nothing special but fine. The hotel is also so big and nobody really explains anything to you so you spend the first few days just figuring it out a bit. Room 1227 had damp and room 1125 had a bath that didn’t work. They came and fixed this promptly but every day it would leak across the floor which was odd.

Loved this trip!
The TRS Coral Resort was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I had an ocean view room on the 2nd floor which was very close to the beach, overlooking the pool, with ocean views. I believe the only ocean front rooms are bigger suites, but my room was huge, with a gorgeous terrace, and modern furnishings. Loved! My 3 butlers - Adrian, Bryan, and Alfredo - were so kind and helpful. They assisted with dinner reservations, transportation to tennis, and general questions. They were especially helpful in my first few days as I acclimated to the property. I spent most of my time at the beach or playing tennis. The beach setup is gorgeous with standard lounge chairs near the ocean but I especially enjoyed the chill hammock area a bit set back from the water. Speedy Gonzalez (Fernando) was my waiter on most days and he was the best! Engaging, funny, and made me feel like we knew each other for years. I played tennis at the Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre on the property and highly recommend! I will definitely be back!

Great staff, perfect for tennis lovers
Pedro, Bryan, Adrián, Alfredo, Roger, Roberto- just a few names that made our stay at the TRS coral wonderful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed at all times. At the Rafa Nadal tennis center, Facundo, Fran, Hugo, Guille, Mónica, and Alejandro just to name a few were amazing. In three minutes of my private lessons with Hugo and Fran they were able to change my backhand and greatly improve my forehand- things I’ve wanted to improve for a while now. The total tennis program was so fun, I really enjoyed it. It’s better when they break out the groups by level, that way you are not stuck with beginners. Tennis was a major highlight of my stay for sure. One of the things I would improve is that if you want a place to sit by the pool is you have to get up at 6am to get a spot because people get up super early and lay their stuff on chairs and some don’t even come back for half the day. The hotel should have a better system for this. No one wants to get up that early on vacation just for find a place to sit. Breakfast and Dinner was awesome. Lunch options were not great. The Mexican restaurant was actually my least favorite which was really disappointing considering we were in Mexico.
