We had a fabulous time at the poolside we met mixologist Jorge!!! He was fabulous, made us an “old fashion” and a “dragons blood” drink with 1800 tequila!! Everything is top shelf with Jorge. The service there is outstanding and Jorge was the absolute best!! The hotel grounds are stunning and always well manicured. Great for families and couples! The staff Jesus, Cristinia, Julio, Eric, Cristian, everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. We stay in tower number 3 and the rooms have been updated. We would like to thank Mr Lopez and hus staff for a wonderful experience every time we come.

Great place to be!
Very clean, staff is very nice and attentive! The rooms are air conditioned well and the beds and bathrooms are well maintained and work fantastic. The pools are clean and comfortable, The restaurants are well organized and have great selections. Jorge with the Mixology cart was very Helpful and so fun to talk to as well as the other bar tending staff. Overall, such a fun environment for spring break or any other vacation!

Velas Vallarta #1
Velas Vallarta was one of the best places I have ever stayed. Service was fantastic. All workers were extremely polite. Room was beautiful and extremely clean. Everyday service was amazing. Food and activities were great. I am looking forward to returning to this amazing resort.

Wonderful!!
Wife and I did our spring trip this year to Velas Vallarta and were thoroughly impressed. Great location - quiet and peaceful with a quick Uber ride just about any where if you were looking for more hustle and bustle. Food was good. Service was spectacular from beginning to end. Certainly one of our top 5 Vacations.
