The room was beautiful and great hospitality! We felt very safe! The food and beverages were wonderful and lots of options! Everyone was super friendly and nice! The churros were great and the coffee shop was amazing! We celebrated our 10 anniversary and it was a romantic getaway!

Anniversary trip
VIM is a beautiful resort. The lush grounds with winding paths is absolutely stunning. The property is an old Spanish hacienda style resort. You feel like you are in the jungle. The rooms are clean, well appointed, and comfy. The main pool is huge and has lively entertainment. The golden pool is a lagoon style pool that is more laid back and quiet. The restaurants were beautiful and served the best food we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive resort. Definitely a 5 star experience. The staff are professional and very attentive. We absolutely loved this resort. We will definitely be back.

I would definitely go back!
The staff was amazing!! The food was absolutely out of this world!! Everything was beautiful and clean and our room was always clean and well stocked. We wanted for nothing! If we weren’t laughing, it was because we were drinking or eating!! There was always something to do and watch and see too! We went to the show every night and we were thoroughly entertained!! We enjoyed bracelet making, bingo, racing, water aerobics, ping pong and more!!! I would absolutely go back!!! I highly recommend Valentín Imperial Riviera Maya!!!!

Best honeymoon spot!
Hospitality, food, drinks… everything was incredible. Our room was poolside and was very nice and clean. Staff was incredible and very helpful. All the ancillary services/events were very fun. The resort is very walkable, but a golf cart taxi is always available. We will definitely return!

Honeymoon!
Me and my husband went here for our honeymoon! It was an amazing experience, the food was really good and the employees were all very kind. I found this resort very relaxing and the pools were amazing! The room service was great. Our favorite restaurant was definitely the ginger- sushi bar. The resort is large so it’s a lot of walking BUT you can call the front and get a golf cart to pick you up. Overall an amazing stay and we can’t wait to come back!
