The best of thing was the entertainment group it’s excellent group !!!! Of 10 it’s 100 but about restaurant attendance it’s bad it’s to slow and need more people in high season!! The food in the buffets it’s very good but the food in some topic restaurants it’s so so and the customers service toooo slow and some food it’s so so

Jan 10, 2025Great for Partying, Terrible for Relaxing
The resort is overcrowded, and the lines at the bar and coffee station are terrible. The staff is okay, but the room cleaning is terrible. We had an iron but no ironing board, a coffee machine but no coffee, and only one towel. We asked for more and left generous tips, hoping for improvements, but nothing changed. Sleep quality was poor: the music was blasting until 1 a.m., and you could hear neighbors talking. Calling the front desk was pointless, as their line closes at 10 p.m. The pool and beach are nice, but if you want a chair, you need to be up by 7 a.m. The buffet is nearly empty an hour after it opens, with only terrible options left. While there’s unlimited à la carte dining, getting a reservation is almost impossible. Even if you get one, there’s a 50/50 chance you’ll be forgotten and not served. This is a great resort if your goal is to party all week and not sleep. However, if you’re looking to recharge and relax, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Let’s see where to start: 1 People/workers are horrible 2 Rooms very dirty and outdated 3 Food mediocre at best 4 Bartenders, waiters, all stuff very unhappy and not willing to help 5 Long lines everywhere (coffee bar, buffet gourmet restaurants, reception etc) 6 housekeeping almost inexistent, have to bag for a towel, toilet paper, battle of water 7 extremely loud late at night Whoever manages that place, is very incompetent or they do it intentionally and train the staff as well so they save money otherwise I can’t explain why they have that attitude. This was the worst all-inclusive resort I’ve ever been too. If you value your many and wanna have a nice vacation please, please don’t go there. Pay couple of hundred dollars more and go to a well known hotel. I would NOT recommend to anybody this piece of garbage resort. By the way, we are not picky by any means but this place was a disgrace. Apple vacations and trip advisor should not rate this place with 4 stars, no way.

Girls trip
My friends and I do an annual girls trip. This resort was decent. The weather made the experience better. The bartending staff was also decent. Certain bartenders made it amazing, like Nicalas at Sharkys. Others seemed crabby. The food was what you expect at an all inclusive. You can always find something at the buffet.

This hotel has potential. Staff is friendly. The service is not good. Walked into lunch at 2 o'clock at the buffet and no clean tables set. Always have to chase a waiter for a drink even if it is coffee or water. No pool service so don't expect that. Adult side very loud at night. Due to the hallways echoing so don't expect a good night sleep. Pool chairs you need to get up by 6 to secure a spot. Most areas are not kept very clean.
