Here’s a review without being upset about anything silly like some reviews on here. To start this place is OK. It’s not good it’s not bad. FOOD was fine, nothing to write home about but edible and you can always find something you would like. À la cartes are ok, and you no longer make reservations on the app as it wasn’t working well. So getting there early gets you in. ROOMS - we were in the Sun Club Room. Room was clean and we didn’t really have any issues. We don’t experience the other main rooms. But I will say the Sun club side is quieter, as the main area is pretty busy. Can only imagine the rooms are a little louder over there. POOLS are busy, but like the fun kind if you like to be around people. BEACH - this is where we spent our time. It’s ok. Water is swimmable. My biggest plus is there is 2 bars right by the beach and a lunch kitchen that opens right there. Super nice if you want to stay at the beach all day. My biggest negative here, THE MERCHANTS. Holy moly. Even in the roped off sun club area, they just waltz in non stop until the 1 security guard that’s there tells them to leave. But they really don’t care. I think at one point there was 9 merchants around us at 1 time. STAFF- helpful, and nice. They will do what they can to help you and get you what you want. It appears they have some sort of perk where if they get a google review or a bunch, they get time off and some other stuff, so clearly the resort is pushing for reviews. SUN CLUB - only worth it if you want a quieter room and area. There’s ZERO other benefits. It was wild to me I could get the basic alcohol, but as soon as I wanted to have a small upgrade onto what they call premium booze. I had to buy the entire bottle, at a massive markup. Again, this place is fine. I’ve been to better, I’ve been to worse. But if it’s the difference in a couple hundred bucks to go to a nicer place. I would.

Do not go there the hotel manager literally accused us for something we didn’t do because they assumed that it was us and they stoled 3500 USD from us and if we didn’t paid it they menaced us that they would throw us in jail.Well they’re big scammers and DO NOT GO THERE
