My boyfriend and I just arrived from our first trip down south. Our experience at Sunscape Coco was amazing!! The activities at the pool was great & funny haha. Our room was more more than ok, our fridge was always full, A/C work well enough ( a bit loud … ), we struggle with curtains tho haha. The food was good, we didn’t starve that’s for sure ! A lots of varieties. But it was hard to booked a reservation. We had to be a alarm at midnight because it would be full in the morning … The staff was easy to talk to & friendly. We specifically made a special connection with Juan Pablo, he work at the lobby. Very friendly, polite and welcoming. spoke very good english! and helped us out several times! over all trip to sunscape coco 8/10 ! would recomend

The staff was rude and mostly catered to the locals. Our room was musty and the housekeeper was very nasty. They say no reserving chairs but try to find an empty chair after 8. Good luck. A la carts were almost impossible to reserve yet they were empty.

Over all great time but I’d rate this place a 3 star, not 4.
I’ve been to 3 star all inclusives better than this. First of all, we all had a great first 4 days (out of 7), until some of us got sick. The food was good at the buffet. We liked the tiki taco one night and went back for another night and the second time it was mediocre. I loved the Italian a La cart. Tapiniaki was excellent, great show and food. The sports bar was a great bar if you’re up late, Richard who works the bar is phenomenal. His laugh is contagious. There’s also pizza, fries, and burgers available behind the sports bar later at night. The food truck food was delicious but a woman worker gave me trouble one day when I asked for no chicken in the chicken wrap, I wanted just the tomato and lettuce since I’m vegetarian, as she had done for me the day prior, she said “not today” but then said she would ask her manager and eventually did it. There were no bath robes in the room, no face clothes, no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. 3 out of 6 of us got sick with diarrhea and horrible stomach cramps. They were also stingy with the amount of water bottles they left us. We needed more than 4 bottles of water between two people per day for brushing teeth, before bed etc. we left notes asking for 6 bottles of water with a tip and they did it.

Emilio the chef at the restaurant sunscape coco was very nice and generous and we will come back again for sure thank you for the delicious food always different choice love it ❤️❤️❤️❤️🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 one of the best resort ever I’m speechless

Wonderful vacation
We enjoyed our vacation at the sunscape. Our room was always clean and the fridge was always full of drinks, soda and beer. the bed was comfortable including the pillows. Our air transat representative was very kind and reliable. we had dining one night at the blue water grill restaurant and we had a very pleasurable experience and we owe it to Rafael Gabriel and Makenson who were just amazing. there smile and service was exceptional. The service was rapid and always with a warm smile that made our dining experience memorable. The food was delicious. At the sea breeze lobby bar, gregory and Frank were making you feel welcome everytime we went to the bar and made our memories even greater. we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Nice memories to remember.
