Majestic Resorts has recently improved our kids club which is called the Splash Kids Club and offers a wide variety of entertainment for kids. Our highly trained staff will take care of the small ones needs, making this a special and unforgettable vacation.

I had an unforgettable vacation at the Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. Amable, my butler, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. His attentiveness and dedication made my experience truly special.Tripadvisor Nancy, the waitress, was always cheerful and attentive, making each meal enjoyable with her warm hospitality. Omar, the bartender, crafted the most delicious cocktails and ensured that I was never without a refreshing drink in hand. Juan Bernardo, the pool attendant, was consistently friendly and helpful, making my time by the pool even more relaxing. The Majestic Mirage Punta Cana is a beautiful resort, and the staff's exceptional service made my vacation truly memorable. I look forward to returning and experiencing their hospitality again.

Beautiful location, fantastic service, and overall excellent experience. Would absolutely recommend.
The resort was wonderful! We had the VIP check-in which was seamless and very quick. We were greeted warmly immediately upon stepping out of our cab and after finishing check-in we were shown to our room by our butler for the stay. We stayed in room 4115, an expansive room steps from the beach and with swim out access. This room was in the Adults only section, which was fantastic. The layout of the resort is such that you'd never know there is also a family area. The private daybed, loungers, and location on the pool was a must for me and this room had it all. There was also a hot tub on the patio, perfect for soaking with your amor after a hard day of relaxing. The room was spotless, had a massive separate living room with dining table and all the snacks/drinks you could want. Also in the entry there is a 1/2 bath which a really nice touch. The bed was large, comfortable, and umm... durable. Ours had legs on the corners for attachments if you get my drift. The large double shower was delightful and the walk in closet area was spacious and well laid out. AC was powerful, we actually set the temp as high as it would go and it was super comfy. The dining was OK, not fantastic, but I don't got to resorts for Michelin star dining. For my money the Seaside restaurant breakfast buffet was the best thing going. Eating breakfast in the open dining area right on the ocean is always my favourite. The Italian restaurant served a fantastic pizza and the burrata and polenta appetizers were delicious! Our butler, Alex, was such a great guy. Friendly, responsive, and just a nice dude. The resort gives you an app to communicate with your butler and it works really well. Bar staff at the ones we hit were delightful, happy to give you the topshelf stuff, you only gotta ask. The beach was gorgeous, we were lucky to be there at a time when the sargassum wasn't an issue. The swimming area is crystal clear and white sandy bottom. We took the catamarans out a couple of days and had absolutely brilliant sailing, surfing the reef break on a the catamaran was a highlight! Would absolutely recommend this resort. The adult side was really chill, if you're looking for a party atmospehre, this ain't it. Which is PERFECT.

Beautiful Resort
The resort is absolutely beautiful. The staff is warm and welcoming from guest services, butler service, grounds staff, and service staff. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and services are wonderful. We're planning our next trip back soon!

Perfect spot to relax
Overall the Majestic Mirage was amazing. Our room was upgraded to the two story suite which had a great view from the deck. The rooms were beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. Our butler, Rosario, went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect and I highly recommended requesting him. The food at Kabuki, the steakhouse, and the seaside dinner restaurant was excellent. The main buffet was hit or miss. All the resort staff were wonderful, I definitely recommend this resort.

Wonderful Relaxing Vacation
The resort was beautiful, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Rosario our butler was amazing. I would give him 5 stars. He was very pleasant and always happy to help with any questions we had or anything we needed. He always reached out every morning and also in the evening before his shift was over. Rafi was an amazing and made the perfect drinks
