Overall, this resort is great. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, the grounds and rooms are clean and spacious. We loved the pools and beach. Even though the sargassum was expected to be high, the water was clear and lovely. The folks trying to sell you their wares on the beach gets a little annoying but over time they leave you alone. The food in all the restaurants was really good. Kabuki was our least favorite - Hibachi was lackluster and the food was mediocre. The buffets and other sit downs we tried were all really good - better than expected. We especially loved the desserts. The only thing we noticed were small things here and there that could be cleaned up but honestly didn't bother us too much - loose toilet seats and areas that could use minor repair here and there. We loved the coffee shop on site as well. Afternoon iced lattes were great to be able to pick up. We also had good coffee in our room, and were able to get almond milk to leave in our fridge. The housekeeping staff was great and always left our room really clean with plenty of giant towels.

Family vacation
Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana is a beautiful resort . Great for all ages the beaches and pool are awsome the rooms are big comfortable and clean. The staff at the Majestic Mirage were amazing very friendly and helpful . Was inpressed at how well they spoke english. I would like to give a great thank you to our Butler Amable Who was great kept us informed of all the activities and was always checking up on us. Amable went above and beyond to make my husband and grandaughters birthday amazing. huge thank you to all the staff at the Don Jaume Stakehouse and Luis Who did an amazing bday song made us all want to dance thank you. So totaly would recomend.

Majestic Mirage is fantastic
Majestic mirage is an amazing resort. This is our 5th time coming here and it gets better every time. Food is good and employees are amazing. Everyone one is so nice and all They want to do is help make your vacation wonderful. Our butler Pablo Martinez is the best. We love him! He sets up everything for us and always there if we need him. I can’t name all of them but so many of the workers were amazing to us! Thanks to all of them. Beach as beautiful. The sea was like 85 degrees and gorgeous. No seaweed at all this visit. The bartenders are great. Always making good drinks! The rooms are so nice and beds are very comfortable. The spa is wonderful! I highly recommend you come to the Majestic Mirage. You won’t regret it.

Majestic Mirage first trip
We enjoyed our trip to the Majestic Mirage and now understand why our friends recommended and are repeat visitors. beautiful resort with the friendliest staff! rooms were great, service impeccable from the moment you arrive until you leave. drinks were amazing and we enjoyed the spa. we’ll definitely return!

An amazing week
My wife and I stayed at the Mirage on the adults-only side for 5 nights in October 2024. We had an amazing and completely stress-free stay. We used the Go Majestic transport service for both pickup from and return to the airport. This was a very easy process and our porters and drivers were polite and professional. Our butler, Omar, was wonderful. He was friendly, efficient, checked in with us regularly, and went above-and-beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and had a stress-free stay. Our room was clean and amenities good. Housekeeping came daily and did an outstanding job. I recommend bringing your own soaps/shampoos, although some are provided for you. Also, the laundry service is pretty expensive to rely on for routine laundry, so plan ahead when packing. We ordered room service for breakfast each morning, which was wonderful (try the Dominican breakfast!). For lunch I recommend the Draft sports bar or the Marketplace. For dinner, the steakhouse was my favorite (the ribeye was good), but Kabuki and the Italian restaurant are also pretty good assuming you don’t mind a distinctly Dominican take on these cuisines. The pools are amazing. I could (and did) spend entire days just lazily drifting from one swim-up bar to the other. Drink services are excellent and abundant. The nightly shows at the theater are a lot of fun and worth your time. The central plaza is beautiful and fun to explore in the evenings. The beach is beautiful and was not at all crowded while we were there. I’ll be recommending this resort to friends and family. I fully intend to return for future vacations.
