    My friends and I were very happy with our butler Orlando… He was very informative and helpful….He made sure, checking in on us through the week that everything was ok…. He made reservations for us… We are planning on returning in 2 years and hope to have Orlando as our butler again

    Great resort!

    We stayed a week in club level room 1248 (building closest to beach) Jan 4-11th. The check in was fast and relaxing in club area. Staff served us a welcome drink as we met our exceptional butler Richard. He gave us a tour on our way to our room and explained everything about the resort. We really liked the room layout, everything worked well and the bracelets used as room keys are super convenient. We walked a few steps to the club lounge by the beach and had coffee and snacks each morning. The beach always had available shaded seats and staff were quick to hand us towels each day. The service at all bars was great and serves came around to beach seating often to get refills. We then did water aerobics with Gigi at noon and usually had lunch at beach restaurant Sea and Sea or the beach grill. Staff made sure beach vendors did not hassle anyone. We tried all options for dining except the buffet. I preferred the sushi bar and my wife like Limited Gourmand best. Entertainment was fun and the beach DJ party was probably our fave. Checkout was sad but easy and quick. I can't wait to come back! 10/10

    Great First Time

    Our first visit to Dominican Republic could not have been better. With the seemingly endless list of resorts to choose from picking the "right" place feels nearly impossible. After much research we chose to stay at Majestic Elegance for five nights. The room was comfortable and well appointed for two people. Housekeeping was timely as was the mini-fridge refiller. Our butler, Olbis was very helpful and kind. We are usually fairly low maintenance folks so didn't think we needed much but in addition to getting us the dinner reservations we wanted, generating a letter in spanish explaining a food allergy in our group to share with restaurant staff, and making a special in room beverage request happen I watched from a far as Olbis moved even bigger mountains to make sure his other guests had everything they needed and wanted. We spent much of our trip at the Elegance Club swim up bar pool and had the pleasure of meeting Ricardo( pool attendant) and Ismael (bartender). Ricardo was truly invested in guests having a great time. He always made sure we had a spot by the pool, nice fluffy towels,and a drink refresh when needed. He is charming and went above and beyond in making a personal connection. His partner in a good time, Ismael, made great drinks, paid attention to his guests preferences and kept the energy lively and entertaining. We were looking for a trip that would be no stress and we got that and then some. Definitely dreaming of a return trip.

    Amazing activities!

    It was a pleasure staying at Majestic Elegance. The rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel was really big and there were constantly activities! All the staff are sooo friendly, my favorites were Dairis, Chave, Francis and Antonio! The team are really amazing!
