Oliver Sergio Misael and Felipe were the absolute best! They made my stay so memorable. So much fun and they were there for me for whatever I needed. The property was so nice and clean! Entertainment every night great drinks and great food also!

Beyond of my expectations
Lovely place to stay, the staff are amazing lovely and hard good working to give you a good experience at the resort, they always smiling, and the customer service is always great, the are checking on you to see if u are ok al the time. The room was quiet clean and the bed is comfortable. The spa is amazing, as a couple we tried the the hidroterapy, the sauna and the massage it was wonderful. They have different activities for each day so you had the chance the enjoy. The food is delicious.

This is the place for great beach, drinks and food
We love this place! The food and customer service are always amazing. Isai and Cauich were awesome pool attendants and took great care of us. Geovany & Rodrigo make great drinks at the piano bar. Diego was a very attentive waiter during the Mexican night celebration. And Rafael our butler was always available to answer questions, make reservations or just make us feel welcome.

Awesome employees
My friend and I loved our 7-night stay at the Elegance Club and are looking forward to our next visit. After a pleasant check-in, we enjoyed a personal tour with Laura, our Butler, who also shared helpful info and sent daily messages. We loved the beautiful property, wonderful food and great entertainment. On two of the evenings there was a lavish buffet out on the Plaza. It is a lot of work and coordination for the employees but it is a big hit with the guests! The employees were the highlight of our visit: Had delightful conversations with Liz (restaurant manager). Always felt special when Liliana (buffet hostess) would see us coming and she would already start leading us to the area we loved to sit in. Eduardo (entertainment crew) was so welcoming and helpful our first night there and remembered us throughout our stay. Mayra (guest services) always greeted us with a big smile and was always helpful whenever we stopped in with a question. They all made warm lasting impressions on both of us!

Fun time had by all and a shout out to Jackie!
Went to this resort for our friends sons wedding. It was a very enjoyable time. Found the staff very friendly and professional. They all seemed to enjoy their jobs which is bonus for those spending time at the resort. I would especially like to mention Jackie who is part of the animation team. She was very friendly and outgoing and did her very best to make sure everyone enjoyed their time while participating in the various activities! You could tell by her enthusiasm that she really enjoyed her job! The food was very good too!
