We celebrated our 36 yr anniversary. This place is beyond beautiful and well staffed. Our butter (Henry) was amazing always up to date with the different activities they offer. We were there the week that Milton (hurricane) came through and he kept us updated on the weather forecast. Our maid (I hate calling her that) made our stay so pleasant when we returned to our room we were always surprised what towel animal will be there. All the staff were so friendly, polite and professional at their duties. The pools were so clean and sparkling and the food was amazing. We will return and go to the other locations in the near future

Can’t wait to come back!
We did tons of research before landing on majestic elegance for our 1 year anniversary and it did not disappoint. The beaches were beautiful, clean and huge! We treated ourselves with the plunge pool room and ended up using the pool more than we thought we would. It was a perfect to come back and relax in after spending the day at the beach! The rooms were huge, clean and comfortable-we enjoyed spending time unwinding there as well. All of the food we had was amazing. The steakhouse was incredible. The service- you will not get better than majestic elegance. Carlos at the Italian restaurant was amazing. He found out we were there for our anniversary and truly made it special. Since we were on the club side, we also had a butler. We had Melissa and she was so sweet and helpful. It was so nice to have easy connection even just for something as small as asking if a restaurant was open that day. From the moment we stepped in to the moment we left, it felt like ‘home’ and we absolutely look forward to returning!

Great Honeymoon Getaway
It was a very comfortable and fun stay for my husband & I on our honeymoon. The bed was nice and cozy, the mini fridge and restock everyday was a treat + having the robes and slippers elevate the stay. I appreciated that there are fun activities on the resort everyday (pool trivia, silent disco, michael jackson show, pool party, etc) to keep us entertained if we did not want to leave. Loved the hydrotherapy experience, would do it again. Nice to have a 18+ club section to separate the kids and drink away from families. Jesus, our butler, was extremely sweet and very helpful. he was always prompt and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. he was very fast with his responses and helped us get around the hotel so we knew what was around us. He was a really genuine person, great hospitality and felt taken care of.

The BEST in the area!
This was our 3rd time at the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres! We got engaged and married here on previous trips and this trip was for our anniversary. I'll start by saying the amount of hospitality at this Resort is unmatched! Our butler, Belen, made sure we felt special for our anniversary, she checked on us regularly and even decorated our room. The pool butler, Isaia, remembered us from our previous trip and went above and beyond to welcome us back! He made sure we were well taken care of and showed the best hospitality for our entire stay. Angel remembered us from a previous visit too which made us feel great but unfortunately we weren't in his areas much this time, he made sure to take good care of us if we were though. We met some new beach butlers this trip, Cauich and Abraham. They were both amazing at making sure our area was well taken care of, checking on us frequently, and keeping our drinks full! That being said, all of the staff at this resort are extremely friendly and welcoming, some just go that extra mile as I mentioned a few above. As far as entertainment goes, several of the shows were disappointing this time, just being "okay" at best. We were confused as some of these shows we have seen on previous visits and were really good before, just seemed somewhat sloppy and thrown together this time. The Queen show and fire show were still pretty good. The atmosphere here is more elegant than other resorts, which we prefer. The food quality in all of the restaurants is top notch and keeps us coming back. I do wish pizza was more accessible for a club snack or beach option though. They added an ice cream cart since our last visit which I loved. The entire resort is very clean and well maintained. However, our balcony didnt have any greenery or flowers this time, leaving an ugly concrete gap which took away from the view. I really had to try hard here to find things that this resort could improve on and all of them are so minor and not a deal breaker what so ever. This resort is truly amazing and will be the only place we stay at when we are in the area. We will be back!

Simply Incredible
Majestic was absolutely incredible. The food at every restaurant is amazing and there are so many options to choose from. Specifically, Ricardo at the Hibachi restaurant did an exceptional job and made our experience even better. The rooms were amazing and the views from the infinity pool and the beach are the most beautiful I have ever experienced. I will come here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.
