    Eduardo rocks!

    Eduardo is a great dance teacher, class instructor, recreation leader and personality around the pool. He has a great sense of humour and has made our stay so much fun for our family! I have seen Salsa dance, and I have done a lot of Zumba, but now I understand the steps and the count. Thank you Eduardo 😊!

    Amazing jaime helped me with my entertainment also with the foam party and white night! I loved the food the room was clean service was amazing people were super helpful viva Mexico en cha cha ciao! This was an great time I loved my stay I will be coming back here again

    Staff is very entertaining and funny. Huge shoutout to Eduardo he’s the man gets you involved in everything!! I will be back! Food here has also been great and staff is very quick to get drinks keeps you hydrated all day long 🍻, never a dull moment at this resort!

    WILL RETURN TO CANCUN JUST NOT TO THIS HOTEL - 5 STAR SHOULD BE 2 AT BEST!

    We had issues from day one. Our room was not serviced with room cleaning and restocking until we called. At this point, we no longer believed it was all inclusive. 4th/5th days on our trip, two separate occasions, someone banged on our door in the afternoon/morning and when we complained nothing was done other than moved us rooms. The second time someone banged on the door was early morning and were sent to the concierges to report the incident to Mayra. Mayra said she will forward to security to view the cameras (this was a Tuesday). We went back to the concierges to check status five hours later (Mayra went home for the day because she felt ill), they sent us to the front desk check-in. We go to the front desk only to over hear the front desk manager tell his employee he doesn’t take care of those issues. The employee instructed us to go around the corner to another office per the instructions of his front desk manager. I asked why did they send me up here to speak with the front desk. They were not able to answer and sent me to the another office which basically told me the same thing, the security is looking into it. No one followed up with us about the incident even after we followed up on multiple occasions. The final office offered to move us rooms and we absolutely did because we did not know who is banging on our door. The new room was worse than the first and a down grade from our original room. The new room had lights that did not work, the kettle and coffee maker did not work. While we understand tips are appreciated, though, its as if nothing gets done unless you get one. The way that tips work is you do a great service and get rewarded via a tip. We have been to many places and have never had this many problems combined as we’ve had here. I understand that things happen and can go wrong but the expectation is it’s taken care of and not pushed aside or ignored. This should be very concerning since this hotel allows people to run around banging on others doors and nothing is done. God forbid they broke in and robbed us or worse been killed! Perhaps, I should’ve got ill like Mayra for someone to take me serious because her illness was more important than our safety! But once again, it’s not important unless they receive a monetary tip. As I was waiting to check out, a different manager was at the front desk. She asks how was our stay. I responded, disgusting and I want to check-out. She says, “oh, no!” very concerningly. Then, continues to say what happened? I say, “doesn’t really matter at this point since we’re checking out.” Which she replies, “well, perhaps I can help the issue.” I replied, “again, what is the point since we’re checking out. don’t seem too concerned now! or is that what you guys do is get off your seat when your guest check-out to ask how their stay is? I am not repeating myself. If you are in much need to get the story ask your employee standing next to you because he was here when I came up when the incident happen and your other manager didn’t seem to care because it wasn’t his job. If you ask me, your employee should be the manager.” Nothing was said after that and we checked out. So instead of enjoying a stress free, relaxing vacation, it turned into a pissed off nightmare always being on guard. Also, before you guys book your stay at this location, don’t be fooled by their check-out time! Their website says 12pm, however, if your flight is at 1pm they will tell you to be downstairs at 5am to take the shuttle to the airport. You can try to ask them why so early or if you can take a later shuttle but they will say no. Now looking back, I should’ve started off with a $100 tip since their policy is tip before service! Look out for other reviews on different platforms because I need to let other people know what they are expecting when they arrive.

    Get the room with a butler, worth the money and request Veudy as your butler

    We stayed for 6 days 5 nights which was the perfect time. We had a room with the butler service which was by far the best service we have ever had. Anything we needed he was a text away. All the events are great that the hotel puts on everyday. The food was amazing and the drinks were spot on. Veudy was our butler and we will be coming back next year asking for him. He was attentive, detail oriented and always was sending us a detailed schedule of the hotel activities daily. He is the best!! Highly recommend this hotel.
