Our suite was perfect and the housekeeper did a great job. Fatima Felipe our butler was awesome. He was very attentive to our needs. Also, the dining and the food choices were excellent. Everyone was very friendly and the waitstaff were very efficient and kind. Every meal was delicious.

Second stay was even better!
Second time my wife and I have visited the Majestic Elegance, and it was even better the second time around! From check in to check out the trip was perfect; every employee was great everywhere we went. Here are a few that made our visit extra wonderful: Tete, our butler. She had our room decorated 3 separate times, always a nice surprise. Johnson and Misael at the Infinity pool, Josue and the Elegance beach bar and Abraham who was a waiter around the beach and infinity pool. Restaurants were all amazing, the food was outstanding. We are already talking about our next visit!

Beautiful property, wonderful customer service
The resort itself is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The sand and beach are gorgeous, as are the pool areas and there are lots of those. Beyond that, the staff here is just top notch. They are SO friendly and attentive, I don't think I ever had a time when the staff didn't stop what they were doing to say hello to me. Big shout out to Andres in the butler staff, he made my stay so much more convenient, he's so communicative and helpful, a really great employee.

Lovely mother daughter getaway!
My daughter and I stayed here and had a wonderful stay! Service is great and the resort/beach is beautiful! We stayed in the adult section but tended to hang around the Sky Pool and beach. The entertainment staff were awesome! Shout out to Oliver and Assa! Edna in the spa was amazing!

Easter in Costa Maya
Amazing kids club entertainment Diana and Estrella Also Amanda in entertainment the best person she cares about everyone to have a great experience and also her personality is the best. 3rd time to be back and always enjoy each time. The Easter celebration was really good and the kids had very nice time.
